Not long I'd guess depending on what's gone on prior.. But plenty of time for him to learn the hard way if that's what you want and can.

The short cage has just arrived, he's going into it as soon as he gets home!

It's certainly going to be 24/7 for quite some time

Hubby has his house work, I'm off shopping. Full inspection when I get home!

Short cage doesn't seem to be creating any issues so I think it can stay on for at least a week before removal for cleaning.

And hopefully this can be extended further over time.....

Oh it's going to be extended I intend to remove it as little as possible.

I do love his short cage.

Just put hubby to bed with a nice clean cage and a sore bottom. He will learn not to whine at me.
