What, exactly, is a smother box and how would you build one?

Its a box with a cut out for a face, usually padded on top.

It's a wonderful way for my pet to service my private parts with his tongue and he's trapped in there until I let him out.

It's also the perfect place for a sub to be when the Mistress is on the computer, talking on the phone or reading a good book.
