It's only a metaphor, Jemima. Don't worry, nobody is actually jumping up and down on my testicles. It's just real life is being particularly horrible to my loved ones at the moment, and in way that i have no control over. It makes me really sad, and angry, and panicky, and all sorts of other emotions.
