        Sorry Sheriff, I don't often come on this forum.
        This is a 100% custom made by Steelworxx. There are 2 rings at about 90 degree angle. One that circles everything (shaft and balls), the other one only for the balls. Because of a urethral plug which extends all the way into the main ring, escape is not possible because there is not enough space between the plug and the main ring to allow even one ball to pop out.
