    A friend of my Mistress and I had a serious, life threatening injury. Thankfully he is well on his way to recovery. We have discussed the usual things about life, death and disabling injury. One of the things that came up is what would happen if my wife died suddenly? She has my key and I don't know where she hides. i am released occasionally at her whim.

    She said she would not want me to be in chastity after she passes on (unless I find another key holder). We've discussed some options but are curious if any of you have a backup plan?

    I have a really nice angle grinder. It'll make short work of the hasp of a cheap Master Lock.

    Plus, I'm sure if I really put my mind to it, I could pull out of my 6kS pretty easily.

    How about an emergency key in a sealed plastic container that can only be opened by smashing it so there's no chance of slave cheating but it's available in an emergency as well as the loss of a partner.

    This seems to me to be the obvious way, or if KH DOES want the chastity to continue she can bequeath it (wording suitably disguised) to whoever she wants!

    Hopefully we all realise that in reality NO belt no matter who or what it is would not be removable if the wearer really wanted or needed to remove it, if a partner keyholder etc died in possession of the key then the worst case scenario is that once the grief was settled the wearer would have to decide how much damage they were prepared to do to the item to get it off them. Simples!

    Lockpicks (always have a set on me), are always my backup. There isn't a lock that can fit suitably on any device that I can't pick in a few minutes. Lockpicking is a valuable skill anyways to have. Tamper evident lock defeat is fun skill I've had before coming into chastity play also, but not as useful to most. Why bother if not going to be honest anyways? Plus, if push comes to shove, something is getting broken and/or cut.

    i don't have a back-up plan so to speak, but i know that with a good set of diagonal pliers (cutters) and maybe a cheater bar on the grip i can cut through almost any lock that is small enough to secure my cage. And when i said "good set" i mean it. A cheap set might just get damaged when applying the force needed to cut through. Other than that if you get in an accident or something that ends with you in an emergency room they have several items that can cut through the lock. You may just have to answer a few potentially embarrassing questions,and who knows, you might just find a naughty nurse willing to take over the keyholding.

    I've thought of using a jar and the canning process. Or maybe even superglue. Put the key in, if the seal is ever broken it's obvious, but in an emergency he would have a key. One of my thoughts as we search for the device that works well for us.

    :pMistress Wife has said if she "goes" first I should put the key in her hand before thefinal wwhatever's and never see it again. While this is a sweet thought of remembrance also I do know I can be locked long term as I have gone way over 100 days with never being let out or unlocked. So what's a few years. But I suspect practicality would intervene at some point. I would simply cut it off.

    That said I think of these things every day. If I were in an accident I have a steel device locked on, panties with a pad, sometimes even a diaper and pink rubber panties, painted toenails, pantyhose everyday when it gets cooler and some messages wriiten to me in permanent marker on my chest to remind me of "certain things".

    So in that case what would the biggest problem be? Certainly the key may not be the uppermost concern lololol..:p
    So i guess we have no back up plan.:oops:

    Sublik just imagine out there somewhere is an emergency department nurse who every morning wakes up wondering whether today is going to be the day she comes face to face with an accident victim wheeled in wearing steel underwear, sporting bright pink nail varnish,pantyhose, a diaper,"probably now heavily soiled"! depending on the cause of said accident, rubber panties, and some form of message scrawled across the victims chest! who is having the worst day of their lives? lol
