    I have an CB6000, but as my penis is long, i can not fit in the cage.
    Meanwhile, even with the larger ring, my scrotum became sore and painful.
    There are any larger ring and longer cage than the ones with the normal CB6000 ?
    Can anyone advice me another device, more suitable for my case...?

    You might consider the curve by the same company as the cb's. It has a longer tube.

    Don't have that problem I am told mine is really tiny......

    Yes, try MatureMetal. They have a wide variety of models, and have great customer service. Check their website, but make sure you have the right dimensions, and they have guidance and how to accurately determine the optimal size. They will work with you for some minor adjustments. I wear a JailBird, and it is very comfortable and does a real good job . . . perhaps too good!
