Soon you may be wishing every two weeks!! But from what I've read, some said never needed, others at least once a month. I go for when I'm in the mood, as that seems to produce the largest amount. If I'm not in the mood or willing it just gets uncomfortable really quick, then nothing works out. But that works for me, as I'm my own K/H. Best, is what works for you both. well - if you do it for health reasons you would have to do it when he starts dripping at night, beause that's when his prostate can't retain anymore new secretion. This health reasons are the same as with the bladder if you have to do ISK to empty your bladder fully. Just ask a doc how often that should be done. But happy us there is no proof or study that says it should / has to be done at all.
