My longest time for lockup was 5 1/2/ months . My Mistress did let me have some relief by milking myself . 90 days is a long time and I have only gone to 5 weeks, but generally my experience is that you eventually reach a plateau where you are in a state of constant (although not erect) arousal. It takes getting use to but after a few weeks it doesn't get much worse.

My main issue would be hygiene. I would be very cautious about not release for cleaning. You don't say what device you are using and you don't list any devices on your profile. I would suggest some cleaning schedule to avoid any health issues.

At the end of nine months I didn't notice any change in length, but there was definitely a dis-interest in getting erect.
