    hi - i seem to be locked out of the chat and gallery area. did i miss a payment? please reinstate me.

    Click on the "memberships" link at the top of the page, you now have to donate to use some features, but it is very reasonable.

    To help pay for the costs of hiring the server, software, Internet hosting, etc, the administrators have introduced an annual fee of $25 USD.
