It is not only the laws of gravity there are alos other laws, which have to be thought of.
It depends on the inner diameter, the texture of the material and the length of your tube.
Since the average amount of cum is about 2 to 6 ml you have to choose the diamter right or the cum wikl stick inside the tube and wont run down. Surface tension, viscosity and so on.

My maximum of cum I ever spurted out have been 20 ml after long ball torture and edging in a ballpress.

What sort of catheter are you thinking of, because an inflatable (Foley) type goes into the bladder so it won't collect any semen and a condom (Texas) type will simply fill up (as you lose the erection) before the semen is forced into the tube. A simple tube into the urethra might work if you can find a way to make it stay in place (medical tape perhaps) but as said above, you'd need a lot of cum to fill it.

How about an alternate approach of her simply collecting it in a container and then, assuming you're spreadeagled to the bed or similarly restrained, with an open-mouth gag and perhaps a neck brace so you can't fight it, pours it in. Or collect it in a jar and draw it into a syringe and then put that into a ball-gag with holes (available on AliExpress) and a rubber band that will force the plunger down, and some sort of endurance test like having to hold your bum off the bed and if you relax a string pulls the rubber band off and the syringe empties into your mouth. (This needs a bit of working out but I'm sure you get the idea - you try as hard as you can not to end up with a mouthful of your semen but it's going to happen sooner or later anyway.)

Just all random thoughts for how to make this work. Maybe a slightly wider tube vs a narrow one, and might have to mix it with another liquid if the length of the tube is long. If it's not so long then might not have to mix with water or something. Also depends on the consistency of the semen, super thick then odds are it prob won't make it down all the way, if it's not as thick then it might not have a problem. Might have to play with timing from your last release to find the best consistency of the semen that allows it to flow smoothest. Or maybe you might have to save your semen up to where you have a substantial amount and the weight of the semen causing it to flow steady and not get stuck half way down.

That's the Texas catheter to which I referred. There's so much space there's no way semen will be forced all the way to the gag.

 

Might I suggest a different approach; when my key holder/wife wants to do a forced release (Tens 7000) she slides a metal metal ring (hardware store) attached to a wire over the head of her penis. Followed by this Amazon metal shop glass that I molded with a conductive metal loop, that tightens up right behind the glans. This helps hold the loop in place, and also becomes energized.
