I'm a shoeholic,
Mostly I buy them from high street shops but I do I buy a lot of shoes online.
I find that it's safe enough to buy online as long as you buy from designers you've bought from before. If one pair fits then it's likely their other designs will too due to the fact that they use the same lasts to make them on. However having said that, It's not always the case. Louboutins creations for example can be quite erratic. You're best bet is to try them on in a high street shop and then search for them online. Of course this means that high street shops will eventually die out so I do try and make the odd purchase there.

Thanks for the links, Mascara^Snake ... unfortunately those online-shops do sell shoes only up to size 8 ... as a big-footed tranny I can hardly make a find there and the same applies to high street stores ...

However, just recently I stumbled upon an online shop that sells nice shoes even in my size - nothing kinky or what one would wear to a fetish event - just nice shoes to wear every day but yet stylish and en vogue.
Even though the shop ships all around the world they do not seem to have an English version of their website ... but pictures tell much more anyway and if someone wants to have a translation I always offer my help.

That's quite true, carrie ... now and then one even can find a larger shoe in mainstream stores ... I just wonder, when they are intended for the "younger generation", why do they mostly look like shoes my granny used to wear ...

Wow, I didn't know they have shoes that size ... I just checked and there is an evans shop right at the place where I go next week ... I never spotted that before but may be it's new in the town.
Anyway, I will definitely call in when I am over.

Well, I know what you mean but that's quite unlikely. You must not forget that shopping is my obsession! There is hardly a clothing shop that can hide from me, let alone one that sells SHOES ... LOL

I'll second the recommendation for Alternative Footwear above, had several pairs from them and their service is good.

There's this place in Germany I found recently (but haven't tried yet): http://www.schuh-kauffmann.de/ Also I've found quite a few plus sizes in Deichmann; as Katrin mentioned they don't stock the sexiest shoes in these sizes but I found a nice pair of casual, small-heeled ankle boots for day-to-day wear. Their Graceland line do a lot of 'XL' shoes up to a 45 or 46 (about UK size 11). If you're in store the boxes have a little 'XL' sticker on them to help you pick them out

I'm sorry, I can see now how my reply was way off the mark.
I'm no expert on shopping for large sizes, however I am an expert in shopping for shoes.

However I think those shoes are better for stepping on penises than for subs to wear themselves. After all, heels are the last bastion of femininity. Heaven knows the men here wear skirts enough.

 

I also think high heels should be reserved for women, since the additional height makes them even more powerful.

My former Mistress said, that high heels and the color black are reserved for dominants. Subbies shiould go with white and pink, flat sissy shoes.
