How does this device work?

everything goes through the back ring like a normal ball trap cage, then the half bar in front traps the balls between it and the back ring.

 

The forward 'ball bar' is actually a very good improvement.

One of the biggest problems with most cages is the fact that the scrotum is trapped between two rings of different diameters. Because the two rings have offset centres, the distance between the rings varies as you go around the ring. This means that you can at the same time have both pinching from the gap being too narrow at the sides or when the device rotates and yet still have too big a gap in the middle allowing a testicle to pop through occasionally.

Having the scrotum trapped between two equally curved and co-centred rings means that the gap is a consistent size all the way around, it fits better and is much more comfortable, and there's less reason for the cage to rotate when the testicles search for the (now non existent) wider part of the gap! The two support bars at the sides also help prevent the cage rotating while wearing.

The small flat ring design of the 'cage' may be a benefit to anyone who is uncut, as a common problem is foreskin poking through the cage and getting pinched, but equally, small hard edged holes can be painful in themselves, I've had bad experience with an early plastic cage that had similar sized holes. Whether it's comfortable will depend on the exact size and shape of the edges of the holes, so on that detail I'll stay open to further reviews.

Overall it looks a very comfortable cage to wear.

It looks interesting, I suspect urination will be a mess but I'm thinking this isn't the device if you're high and tight.

 

The half bar looks as though it is fastened by screws. They do look as if they have some sort of security head, but I'm sure it would not be that difficult to find something that would turn them. A good addition would be a couple of tabs on the cage part so that, once that is locked on, the screw heads are covered. Also, as I have said before, with that type of lock, the tab of the lock needs to be covered and the lock made a little stiff to turn so that picking, if possible at all, is more than a 30 second job.

 

I have a similar device and it works very well to prevent the little item from doing anything. My cage is secured with a waist belt that keeps it very close to the body and makes it totally secure. Without the key, sissy has no way to access the now helpless little clitty. KH calls it the compressor.

 

I wonder if Miss has a link or picture where she did get the waist belt.

Pictures in my album for ternence cages. What I'm wearing is not quite the device pictured in the first post here as I didn't think I would fit behind or like the the "tube" I also ordered another cage hoping it would fit with the base ring set of the posted cage which it does, going to look and see what other cages they have as even though this was my most successful at wearing a cage log term I think I can do better.
The original just arrived so I'll try it out just to see and post pictures later.
