Do you keep track of how many days since last orgasm?

Can't really answer that. Sometimes i remember, like when i was allowed an O for our anniversary. But other times it is so long in between i just forget.

 

I used TeamLocked.com to track all my chastity lockup sessions/durations. They have a great calendar function in which you can input events like if you masturbated, edged, forced orgasm, wet dream, or anal. You can indicate if you had a full-free cock orgasm, ruined, denied, or hands-free.

The time is primarily geared towards the gay chastity community - but it's fun, active, playing games, etc. I primarily just use it for the calendar function.

I keep track on my phone's calendar. I also keep track of my wife's O's. She likes at least 3 a week.

 

Fortunately I don't need to keep track as of now, my wife still like my dick, and not a strap on or just toys

 

Yes, I use the Chastity Tracker spreadsheet to keep track of all our orgasms and other activities. I also have the Days Counter app on my phone for my current status (days locked, days since last O).

 

I keep track on how often we have PIV (6 times last month WOOHOO). It's something my wife did for the first decade or so of our marriage and I now do track how we are doing since trying to work our way out of a dead bedroom. I don't track orgasms in our position because they are basically as many as I would like at our current state. My wife is in the neutral stage as of now but we have had a few great conversations recently that could help get us in a grove for sex and MC.

 

I use How Long Widget. It shows up on one of my phone pages. Reminding me almost everyday how long it's been. My event is Last Time. That's what shows on the phone along with # of days counted.

 

I try to keep a running total through out the year even what type of orgasm and how they come about. I like to keep a diary and it is great looking back over the pass years, this time last year and all that, not much changes to be honest but i will say it has helped me to except my submissiveness to my Queen.

We were just discussing when the last PIV was and how many days I was uncaged in November. Not able to put an exact date but it had to be sometime in September, just before Locktober started, then a few days uncaged in November. Not sure how many, but enough for the month to not count as a full month. So that would have been my last release, definitely not her last O though. I stopped keeping track a while ago. I know the last time I had an orgasm was around mid April 2022 so it's easy to figure out, and the exact number of days is a useless number.

Or if she says "well, haven't you had 3 or 4 unlocks this year already?" you are able to find the info and give it to her.

I keep track of full and ruins for me, and of my Wife’s orgasms per month and how they’re given. I just keep them on the notebook on my phone for now. It’s pretty interesting to see the change over the last couple years.
I don’t think it makes a difference as far as difficulty with being denied longer or not, at least not as of yet.
