Ah good question ... I dont get too often ... perhaps this is a bit long discussion ... but here goes. My Mistress (wife) of MANY years likes that all her needs come first and that I make sure she has all the orgasms she can possible want in everyway I can satisfy her. Mistress is good with another handling my keys and managing all the admin side of my lock/time/etc. She does possess an emergency key but keeps it in a place known only to her. Mistress does enjoy teasing and tormenting me while caged but also (seems) to enjoy those brief times I am free for other playtime. My KH is a long time, well experienced KH who has a small number of lockees she lords over. My KH designs locks around the ChastiSafe app that can run any length of time, and include taskts/etc. I check in daily with my KH (along with all her lockees) as preset time . There are games of chance where I can "earn" shorter locks or much longer time or even punishments. There is also something of a reward system where I can earn orgasms when a lock completed if i havent done anything to incur my KH or Mistress displeasure during a lock period. KH can also without telling my change any parameters of my lock period to her desires. As I mentioned she has been doing this for awhile and only accepts a few into her lockee circle. I feel very fortunate. Many of my photos in my galleries are from tasks and punishments my KH has assigned, and my Mistress ensures I carry out (or my Mistress can adhere additional if I dont). All my keys (outside of the emergency) are in a lock box with a changeable combination I do not know that will be revealed to me when (if?) I complete a KH lock and KH agrees I can be free for some period. All in all it works well between my Mistress and KH for me at least for now. Should my Mistress ever wish to take over all key holding I would be good with that too, but for now she is happy with this arrangement too.
Wow, great answer, and thanks for that. My wife has been a reluctant KH but I think she's getting there. I have wondered whether having someone else being the KH would work. The biggest thing that I would imagine being the problem is when your wife wants to have some fun that requires you to be unlocked but the KH isn't available to facilitate it.
I can ask my KH for permission if my Mistress/wife wants me unlocked for her pleasure. But...my KH will only give me permission to orgasm if I have earned it.
