Hi everyone. So I currently have a spare key to my device that I want to use for emergencies. I've been trying to find a case to put it in that can be sealed with a plastic number tab. That way I can get the key if I need to in the state of an emergency but i will also have to explain to my KH why the plastic seal is broken. But the only issue is I have a mature metal security screw key. It's round so it won't fit in any of the other key cases. I've seen a few profile pics that had a mature metal key inside a case. Does anyone know where I can get one? Or if it was custom made, can anyone dm me details on that? Worst case scenario I could find an alternative form.

    3D print one

or, what we do (we have a security screw too, MM QK) is my wife wraps it in paper then marks on it, then seals it in transparent pkg tape, thereby making it tamper evident

A piece of stainless steel tube as an outer sleeve; cut to length just longer than the whole key assembly. Drill a hole in the stainless tube to line up with the key ring and use a seal through the holes.

I have my emergency key laminated in a clear plastic sleeve used to laminate paper card. Im sure u can use this and cut to size, just seal each of the 4 edges around the key

I use a 3D-printed emergency key safe, it's totally sealed no number tags to deal with. You print half of the key safe put the key in, and then print the other half on top of it, so if you have access to a 3D printer as far as I'm concerned that's the perfect way to store spare key definitely tamper-evident as you have to cut it apart to get the key out

Thank you all for the suggestions. I have came to a conclusion and finished construction on my emergency key cover and couldnt have done it without all of your ideas. I actually took a pen apart because it was not only a nice solid plastic, but it was the perfect shape to fit the key in. (I would have done it with metal but couldn't find any that fit as perfectly) I then drilled a hole at the top and sanded the bottom of the tube to make it perfectly flat. I then decorated the bottom with some black electrical tape. After that I snapped in a number tab so my domme will know if I remove it due to the number being different. I am very happy with how it turned out. :D

    An Upgraded Idea
    - Many hobby and hardware shops sell brass tubing for hobby applications. Bring your key along, see what it slips in to, and some fun in the shed with tools and it will be bright, shiny and a bit more stylish...pocket candy.

I havent, ive been a bit shy about asking unfortunately. But I had an idea and managed to create me own with the help of others. I have a piccy a little further up in the thread showing my finished product if you'd like to see. I'm actually quite happy with it. I've always enjoyed making that kind of stuff. It brings out my creative side. :D

My spare keys are taped with wide package tape to a dollar bill. Making sure the serial number isn't covered by the keys. KH wrote the date it was sealed and signed it. Once the tape is applied covering the bill completely there is no way to access the keys without her knowing.
We cut it down to a business card size and it's tucked away inside my wallet just incase of emergency. She took a photo with her phone so she can check the serial number is the same one. I cannot use the keys without her knowledge.

Use wax. In former times wX was used to seal letters and to recognize if the seal was broken. This should work quite well.

You protect the section of your "Screwdriverkey" with some material, that it doesnt get clogged. Then your lady can dip this section into a sealwax and maybe put an own stamp on it to seal it. Maybe her initials or so.
