In my experience, although limited and more for me than her, ease and convenient is the name of the game.

Even with the best numbing cream / spray, there is always a chance of stimulation and therefore orgasm, especially if stimulation is going on for a significant length of time.

Check the directions, peak numbness will start in 15-30 minutes. Getting the skin hot (shower) and keeping it hot as the cream soaks in improves results.
