Sissy Heaven- Has it gone under?

    I have an outstanding order with Sissy Heaven, which has been delayed from the usuall 2-4 weeks to 7 months now

    Upto now, there has been fairly good communication, although the explanations ofr the delays have been somewhat hard to believe.

    Anyway, normally, I get a response to a query within a day or two, but in the last 2 weeks, all my emails have been unanswered.

    and as email is the only way I can discover to contact them, I am somewhat at a lost - not to mention the annoyance at the lost of not an inconsiderable amount of hard earned pennies.

    So the question is...

    Has anyone had any communicatio with them over the last month?

    There is nothing on their website to say whether they are still trading or not
    but I would advise any perspective buyers to be cautious at this stage.

    We're currently undergoing an upgrade of our email servers and website - our new website will be online within a few days

    Guessing they have been having some backend issues

    Thanks for answering my query, I feel less panicky now.

    Working in the computer industry, I know what happens when you change your "backend servers"...

    It's the taking my money and running I don't like.

    Did you get hold of them?
    I like to see the good in people, so it might be a case of "Needed to get stock in, hit a busy spell, Server fucked up, running around like a headless chickhen, orders get lost in the choas with no ill intent".

    Well, the site says they are having problems with their email and some bounce backs - none that effect my ISP - but over 4 weeks and numerous emails, still nothing.

    As my order was 'ready' to be sent 3 months ago, I am still in the 'where the feck is it?' stage....

    So 'no news' is definately 'bad news' in this case.

    If you used a credit card call them, ask for help. The law is for local stores but often credit card companies will help you out. Next time if in few weeks after your order and no goods come call.

    I used it few months ago on $9 item because of internet error. What's $9 or even $50 to a good card holder.

    Got a response within 5 hours

    EDIT: tbh... (ok this is the geek in me coming out) with the hassle thats been going on in just this thread. I would of got the mail servers sorted the same day, even if it meant running my own from home. But then again i'm a geek.

    Try again. and if you still get nothing. try ringing them on the number posted above.

    I know what you mean. I shave stood up email systems for 10s of thousands of users in let time, but then I probably the de facto specimen of a nerdy geek. LOL

    Anyway, did get an apologetic email last week saying the order would be dispatched without fail that week by UPS.

    Well, it's Wednesday and still nothing so it's time to start whinging again.

    Someone knows something about?

    My order was placed on the 5th of June and I have not heard anything back from them since August (when they said it would be delivered in two weeks).

    Since then I've had no replies to my emails, it does not look good.

    I succeed in contact with them using an account via "Hotmail".

    Perhaps "accidentally", the are filtering some other accounts
