I now have a PA piercing which has rendered my cb6k unwearable as it is now. Since money is always a concern when dealing with chastity devices I thought I may try to remodely my CB.

The issue is that I am too large to have the ring on the inside of the tube and I want to enjoy both the piercing and chastity. My thought was to reinforce he seam with super glue and put a hole where the peorcing lines up, but my question was "has anyone tried this or does anyone have a better idea until I can save the pennies to het a device that accomodates a PA piercing".

It seems that heat is the best way to get a neat hole in a CB6K

This video may assist in the required technique

My only reservation about using heat to make the hole is if the plastic is acrylic or similar. Acrylic can be neatly shaped and worked using heat however it does set up stresses in the material that can cause stress cracking especially if the stressed area is subject to any solvents. Strangely this happens even when the solvent isn't one that dissolves acrylic (e.g. isopropyl alcohol).

They're made from polycarbonate, if I remember correctly.
