Are there people that are using this lockbox? Looks like a prettybsweet deal! https://a.aliexpress.com/_mLQ3kjc
the concept is perfect! some of the images imply a timer too? difficult to tell the maximum time it will do and whether the instructions and/or app would be in english? I'd be wary, but at the price nothing to lose. make sure to let us know and report if you do get it. The KSafe seems to be the ultimate. all the timer safes on amazon look dodgy as and prone to locking you out from the start, I'd steer clear of those. I'm considering building my own with an arduino (I found the perfect circuit on instructables -> https://www.instructables.com/Time-Delay-Lock-Box/), but I would add a fingerprint reader as an override for my kh, in the unlikely (but hopeful) event she wants to include me with her sexual gratification before the timer unlocks the box. LOL So many projects I want to make...I have the parts to build my own TENS machine (yes I could buy one, but I can build one specific to my wants)...down the track I may be able to integrate it with arduino or pi so it works just like the pishock...and then my kh can shock and/or vib remotely any time...I'm not yet confident at reverse engineering a dog collar like mr pishock in canada did - but I may just be able to build the tens, add vib then interface it to the microcontroller for internet connectivity and app control. I say make because in Australia everything comes from overseas, so exchange rates + delivery = $$$ and I'm always on a tight budget, tight like my cage. If I can build it cheaper I will.
Interesting...I just stumbled across a project on github re modifying the cockshock collar (from years ago)...essentially the intensity is controlled by a microcontroller sending a couple databits to the unit that feeds voltage to the shock module...which is great, means I'm on the right track to making one from the ground up...just replacing the dial controls with a DAC or a digipot to control the frequency and length of the pulses, and driving those from the arduino or pi.
Interesting idea, I wonder if it has the same problems their cell mate chastity cage had a year or two ago. I understand a few people got a bit more than they bargained for with that
Personally no requirement too. But if my memory serves me well, isn't QIUI the company that got the bluetooth cages hacked? Perfect if you want that "unlimited time in cage". A
Exactly, though I believe they fixed a lot of the hacking issues with v2. Remember that the controlling app is awful to use with the Cellmate too, and I suspect the app will be just as crap with this. But it's the first pracically sized and priced remote keyholder I've seen. Interesting indeed....
I got the lockbox in. It feels a bit cheap and with a littlebitnof violance you can crack it. The app gives a couple of options. 1 is self locking up to 99days23hour59min (so 100 days). Or no time and you give control to youre keyholder. We are gonna use the box for the safetykey and if i need to unlock for work. Normaly i can do my work locked but sometimes i need to fill in another function and then i can't be locked due to safety. So with this my wife has 100%control.
I have just recieved my key pod and like you I am planning to use it for my emergency key- my girlfriend can choose to let me open it or if a real emergency I can break it open. Ever since I first turned it on the LED light has been on. I haven't been able to open it at all yet. I've only been able to connect it to Bluetooth once that I can tell. What order/how did you set yours up please? I can't tell if I have done something wrong or if I have a defective product.
I installed the app logged in pused the button until it blinks hit the + in the app chose the keypod and then it was connected.
Yeah, I've used this. It sounds perfect. - Timer input in Days, Hours, Minutes - App control - Roles for keyholder and sub Sadly the execution is shockingly bad. I broke two of them just trying to "test" before sharing with KH. The locking mechanism is a teeny tiny peg slightly thinner than a regular paperclip. And the action to lock/unlock is very unreliable. Hard to close and lock, and sometimes impossible to open when the app says it's unlocked. Opening with phone... the only way I could make it work was to quit the app - long press to pair the device from scratch and then lock or unlock. Works 40% of the time. Remaining times... quit the app again. Pair device again.... retry and hope. I really wanted the thing to work. Its purpose built but this version seems like a pre-production prototype. Hopefully they will come out with a "v2". If they do, will give it another go. -droog

Mine works okay. The app leaves a lot to be desired but it does work. My girlfriend succesfully sent me the permission to access my key. The translations aren't great, she had to push a few different buttons, but we'll compare notes when I see her next.
