    Yup, this is the nice fancy one, you can get it with ampalang piercing retention attachments. The one I found on eBay is clearly a copy of it but while these fancy ones can be bespoke or custom sizes, the eBay one is just one-size-fits-n. Seemed like a cool design I'd be curious about though, just wondering if anybody has had any experience with it

    I have seen the video they tried to link, it looks like a pretty intense piece, the video included the piercing options and an insert able ball option, but that's the only video I've ever seen of it. I'm considering getting a PA because I think it would be nice/cool to have but the fancy cage (bertbea) didn't look like it was offered with a PA option, just an ampalang

    Damn, yeah, that would do it. I'm not the biggest fan of the surface piercings though. As far as I know, I thought surface piercings were only really temporary in practice, plus it seems like they'd be too easy to pull out because of the nature of how they're set. Still though, amazing photo/concept...
    I've been seriously considering and looking around for a prince Albert and... In the back of my mind always... The idea of a trans scrotal piercing. It's exactly what it sounds like except it's a bit more involved than just a needle.

    Those aren't actually surface piercings, they're screwed into the bone. Steelwerks will not make this, or any similar devices, anymore

    Ah, yeah I'd worry that anything screwed into the bone like this would pull alot on the skin when standing/sitting/laying down. There was one really awesome set up I saw that they made for a guy who has a bunch of gauged scrotum piercings, it was 1 off custom but I guess they wouldn't make that any more either. When I say it is inescapable, I mean it.

    Zahlen is a person in Toronto and I follow them on Twitter. He gets into some really extreme body mods. A former slave of his has a urethral reroute and a steel ring run through the length of the urethra and welded. Being in Canada, it's almost certain that he and his slaves go to Steelwerks in person.

    So I'm not surprised that Zahlen came up with a cage attached to bone rather than a cockring, but I am surprised that anyone actually built it. There's a fair bit of flesh (probably the rectus abdominis muscle) between my skin and pubic bone, so the screws would need to be long enough that they'll exert a lot of leverage and motion stress on the bone. Wouldn't surprise me if the injury to his bone never healed as long as the screws were in.

    Curiosity got the better of me and I asked about this - turns out, it is not actually anchored to bone, but it was "fairly invasive" to install the implants and the healing to get them to a point of being usable took about three years.

    He didn't elaborate, but my suspicion is that it's like a set of three dermal piercings with threaded sockets rather than the usual jewels or balls. He did say that healing was imprecise, but the nature of attaching a metal (hopefully titanium, for less weight) cage requires precision.

    Either way, the idea gives me the heebie-jeebies, but the creativity is over the top.

    I have seen that one too, not quite sure which size ring I would want, I have low hangers (recent weight loss, still have a fupa that pushes base down and out, plenty of room for turtling, pondering a prince Albert, extra short cafe for no pull) assuming I can measure/approximate with metal cock ring, tightest without bruising in multi pack of sizes?
