Has anyone come up with a good way to cover the sharp part of the lock on a cage like the one below. I could of swore I saw a 3d printed fix at one point but cannot find anything after ALOT of looking.
I assume that you are asking because it is snagging your underwear...or maybe even poking you. When I first got started and was trying some cages with a similar design, I just filed the corners and edges with a mill file until they were rounded and smooth. The lock body is brass so it files really easily. Of course, you have to be careful not to file too far and compromise the lock itself.
I ran a bead of epoxy glue onto the top exposed edges, it gives a nice rounded smooth top and no snagging.
Use 1inch wide stretchy medical tape in 3-4 inch lengths. Wrap multiple times around lock housing. Great way to add a pop of color, or match panties, or have your key holder choose for you!
