Sub has swollen foreskin after removing cage

i think that why a lot of folks in chastiy have not got foreskin Miss. it been tooked off.

 

As also being equipped with foreskin, I had this once while locked in my rather small Cherry Keeper. Once the cage was off, irritation and swelling was recognised, like your story. Whilst wearing, I did not "feel" the problem, it became visible once taken off. After evaluation I concluded that, that I was not able to retract my foreskin enough for cleaning whilst showering and also drying was less optimal. So, unaware, a good growing environment for bacteria was created. This caused the infection and so redness and swelling.

After this event and healing (1 week), I was swapped back to my Stainless steel and open design MCN Contender. Here I can fully retract the skin, clean intensively and dry after showering. In this cage the problem never occured again, despite wearing it for weeks without release.

So be carefull. Moisture, closed environment, not drying entirely after showering or toilet use, let bacteria grow quickly. My honest advise for "foreskin subby's" is open design and stainless steel.

I agree with the above. It's all about cage design and how easy you can clean it and dry. One of them did it far worse than the rest. It didn't hurt. It wasn't red for me and went back to normal within a few hours.

I think it' might be an oedema. A collection of fluid. I have not had the problem with my present straight tube shown in my photos. That is a tight fit. Strangely I did get it with a much looser curved tube on a full belt. I really don't know why.

Sounds like edema. I have had it a couple of times. It is a water build up I believe. It does go away, but depending where it occurs, the swelling can make it difficult to get a cage or ring off.

 

I agree, I had it happen when I was trying a different cage many years ago, it was to tight and the end of my foreskin would keep swelling up. Sorted it out by changing devices.

 

I find subbie using a hairdryer, drying the pulled back skin helps too.Also some ABC tea tree oil skin wash used daily.

 

I’ve just experienced this swelling. My wife was rather ‘put off’ by the site of the swelling. It was a curved solid tube. I’m wondering if it’s because when erect it presses up against the top of the tube it leaves the bottom of the curve for extra skin to accumulate. I also wonder if I pull the foreskin all the way back before putting it back on if it will make all the difference.

 

I've experienced it too, just keep your cage off and it'll go away in a couple of hours....then lock back up LOL

 

well if you do pull it all back and then you dont get swelled up then you know thats why dont you.

 

How do you find peeing with it on? does it splashes everywhere?

 

You have to sit to pee, of course, but no, it doesn't splash everywhere.

 

I was having trouble with this myself, and I made my own cage.

- The vents are big enough to poke a finger (or qtip) in to retract the foreskin and clean
- The little horns at the front hold fabric away, preventing pinching the foreskin

 

I also designed my own base ring to have more space for the excessive foreskin when peeled backwards!
