    I have made numerous attempts to contack Neosteel as can not get into my account. password reset or sending emails with no replies. . Was. Neosteel affected by the flooding last summer in Germany and does anybody know if all is ok?

    Any help would be appreciated .

    wondering what the purple looking emblem is on my post and question.? i see that ir was posted twice which was somehow a mistake my myself. Is this form only to make comments about belts and reviews and this type of question is not allowed . thanks for any help.

    I do not know why there are so many who have problems getting in touch with Neosteel.
    many say it can take 3 - 4 to get an answer ...
    I know that they do other things on a daily basis, and for me it has just been a habit that I do not expect a response until 4 weeks after an email has been sent ...

    I visited them last summer and we had a nice cup of coffee.
    i would just give it time if it was me.

    thank you for your experiance last summer. while it has been 2 months with no replies from Neosteel will continue t9 make contack . Good to know that they where not effected by the big flooding.

    Yeah, that seems to be normal for Neosteel. I would hope for a response after two weeks or more. It seems a bit crazy but oh well.

    Ive been trying to contact them since December to order a new crotch module. no luck yet.

    Non yet. I have manually emailed them and used their contact form on their website.

    I don’t feel comfortable sending them money if you can’t get ahold of them. I may just sell my belt and get a Behind Barz

    try again. w3 have finley got contact and will proceed with new crouch fun. also yes I think Neosteel busy and not a production house yes it is worth the wait ….. a real full belt it will change you thinking mind when you lock it on…

    Are they finally coming to internet era?

    Shop is supposed to reopen in 2 weeks.
    Sad news, the former smith is no longer alive. Still there is a successor
