    Hi,

    Is someone have news from Ms Lori ? I've placed an order with a first partial payment with a response from Ms Lori who send me measurement guide for the device. Some weeks after I sent a second partial payment but no news of Her after that. I've sent some emails but without answers. I'm wondering because She's always helpful and answer quickly...
