Please recommend me a waist band to hold the cage up

I am using a Contender and noticed that when I have loose balls (which happens often) the cage slips down a LOT so that maybe only the glans is left in the cage and the shaft is all out.

One solution could be getting a tighter base ring (45mm instead of 50mm) but I already have the extra-small gap and I'm not sure if this would really solve the problem of loose balls.

Another option could be a waist band that is tied to the base ring and holds it up. I am looking for recommendations please. I have searched on DHgate and Aliexpress but didn't really find anything, maybe my search terms are wrong or maybe most people just do it DIY (like a shoelace).

I'd like to get something that is:
    • Good looking (maybe also stainless steel, like the cage)
    • Comfortable (not hurting the skin)
    • Compatible with a generic base ring
I'm happy about any recommendation or tips!

I am in a stainless steel Nub ( DH Gate). The device is heavier than the resin style, so I use a steel cable that is coated with a plastic covering that is connected to the base ring. The cable takes the weight off and offers much more security. It keeps the device close to the body so it cannot be pulled off. Make the cable so that it can just fit over the hips while it is securely champed together, insert it under the base ring and attach the clitty tube.

Hi @sonhee, I started also with a 50mm base ring. To avoid sliding down, I am currently wearing my contender with a 47 mm base ring, which fits perfectly and keep everything in place. Did you measure your diameter accurate? Marc produces the rings at every diameter you want.

Thanks, that's good to know! I tend to have loose balls so not sure if the problem can really be solved but I might give it a try. I now have 50 mm with small gap, had the same diameter and small gap for my Evotion Orion (nylon) before which fit very well and didn't hang down. Before that I had a Customchastity Ghost (nylon) which came with multiple rings but I preferred 47.5mm with normal gap, which I thought would be equivalent to 50 mm with small gap.

I tend to say that the gap is less causing the issue or perhaps the gap should be smaller as well. I guess a well fitting ring is the thing to start with. For this reason I ordered my MCN with a 50mm and 47 mm ring at once. Glad I did. And thinking out of the blue: could a PA help? The MCN Contenders are super light, so a PA might also help to keep everything in place. Perhaps @Peter Rabbit could advise you here. All the best!

Yes, I'm just not sure if I should go for 47.5mm, 44.5mm or 41.3mm

My wife is against a PA so that's not an option

I’m amused that I’m called out here.

MCN makes 1-5/8” (41mm), 1-3/4” (44mm), 1-7/8” (48mm), as well as sizes 2” (51mm) and up from 1/4” (6mm) 316L stainless stock. Experience with cockrings helps (he points to a seller of sets)

I started at 2”, then stepped down to 1-3/4” as I got used to the ball trap. I have a 1-5/8” but it’s too punishing. I’ve fit myself into a 1-1/2” base ring but that was dangerous.

Your cage is longer than my short straight 2” one, and everyone’s body is different. Thumper in MN says penises are all snowflakes, each unique. :)

While you can fit in smaller base rings, the right size for long term is… well I’ll take a shot… snug, but not trapping blood. Not so narrow that you’re folding over skin too much. You don’t want bunched up skin that traps moisture.

    I don’t think a PA matters much.

I might recommend getting the 1-7/8” (48mm) base ring.

Maybe with the 1/4” (6mm) gap. MCN sent me instructions on how to open up a narrow ball gap by bending the post up - carefully - without damaging the handsome highly polished finish. A small adjustment can make a big difference in comfort. The smallest ball gap was too much for me… so I opened it up a bit.

I’d go with tighter basering since you’ve worn a 47.5mm ring. I’ve seen men using waistbands… but I can’t recommend any from personal experience.

I use a 'long link' stainless steel chain, round the waist, thread 1 end through the other and put last link over post on base ring before fitting cage and locking (i had to widen the gap in the last link to fit over post) looks good and adds to the feeling of being locked. I have worn this pretty much 24/7 for the last year with no major comfort problems, sleeping included.

I use 3mm version = JSNL03. Hope this is good for you.

Much appreciated everyone. I think I will try a tighter base ring first as @Peter Rabbit has suggested and then might try a chain if still needed

Badassworkroom make some straps for keeping cages closer to the body. I'm considering getting one as my balls are rather Houdini like and a PA is not a current option.

For some reason I can't paste in the link. Search badassworkroom anti-falling elastic belt.
I tried it for the first time yesterday with one of my larger rings. Was comfy, and no slipping, but yet to see how well it works with a strong erection trying to push the cage off.

    This works pretty well.
