    The governor of my state declared a state of emergency. Hospitals are overstressed. The bulk of Covid patients seeking care are the unvaccinated.

    I do not want to live in a pandemic state, but it is being prolonged by the anti-VAXXERS.

    A couple of weeks ago a hospital in the UK issued a "emergency alert" or something similar. The media loved this of course. It turns out that this is a routine thing and there were 23 hospital "emergency alerts" in 2021 and 24 in 2019.

    But you sheep lap it up like good obedient bootlickers.

    I wish you were wrong. But your description of the future is extremely plausible--and likely. You are not even being pessimistic, just clearly able to see the progression and willingness of governments to morph the message to suit their power-hungry needs.

    Now that this has happened, I wonder about all of the people who were essentially forced to take the jabs or lose their jobs. Can they start to sue? Pretty strong case.

    I especially agree with Zalenko's last point. The shot being a "tag" for future tyranny. The behavior of governments shows this. Shots make us worse. Keep taking them. Supreme Court says govt. can't make you do this. Govt. says keep taking them. Drug company CEO's admit the shots don't help. Keep taking them.

    there can only be two reasons for this: making money. Or control. The private sector is making money. So they are happy. The government is seizing control. So they are happy.

    We know what the endgame really is the more they keep the focus on the shot instead of other solutions.

    THAT is a point I have yet to hear! Brilliant! Part of the fuel of this "crisis" is the self fulfilling prophecy aspect of it.

    I have not looked at the problem from this perspective. Thank you Lucy. It's all the more reason non-compliance is the best "medicine" for this mess.

    Several people (like a mother-in-law) have gifted me boxes of surgical masks. I don't wear them--even for the one time use. Nor do I trust them to be sterile.

    However, I DO trust them to be more or less clean enough to use for filtering coffee. My particular coffee maker accommodates the mask well if I remove the elastic bands.

    They are lousy for tea, however.

    I ask rhetorically: How much would they have to pay YOU in order to fly to China to subject yourself to this charade? I can't think of a price worth it. And I find anyone willing to pay big money to travel to China for this to be ..........well, I lack the words.

    Great question. I did pause for a few minutes to think about this.

    With none of those news sources, I'd have utterly missed that something out of the ordinary occurred. But that would have been in 2019--as you suggested to rewind to.

    But FROM 2019 until today--still absent internet, etc.--I would have noticed more people in my circle getting oddly sick with auto-immune type illnesses. Not a ton, but an uptick. I'd probably assume that would revert back to the mean in following years.

    An interesting claim was made last night on GB news that the Office of National Statistics say there has not been 150,000 deaths from covid, there has been 17,000 deaths FROM covid, and the rest were WITH covid.

    I haven't been able to find the data they are talking about. If anyone has seen it can you post a link please.

    I'm on the fence about Ivermectin, I don't think most people needed Ivermectin or vaccines.

    I see people saying "If I hadn't had Ivermectin I would have died".

    Pretty similar to "If I hadn't been vaccinated I would have died".

    I think most of the deaths put down as covid were not covid, so neither would have helped.
