So I’m really embracing my chastity. Even wore my cage to the Dr today, without incident. I do have a PA which I won’t remove. What are the thoughts of leaving the cage on too?? I’m not the kind of guy who would be embarrassed if I was searched or had to show my cage. I just don’t want anything to interfere with my ability to travel on Christmas Eve
    Thoughts ?

Ive flown a few times wearing my HT Nano.
    Most recently this October.
Plastic cage and integral brassslock went through security just fine.
I have not had to go through an xray scanner. Im sure that would detect it but since chastity devices are not illegal im not worried.
I must say its still a thrill passing through security while caged ;)

Thanks Gingers_sub! Unfortunately all my devices are metal. I’m considering just going through with it in my backpack and locking back up after security. If my PA sets it off then the return trip will probably be caged.

PA’s don’t set off the alarms. A metal cage would though. I’ve got an evotion with PA that I wear 24/7 and I work in the aviation field. I’ve never had an alarm go off, metal detector or X-ray.

Go 15 minutes early to give yourself time for extra screening. Be calm. Have time. Be polite. They are professionals.

You can opt for a pat down. I had done this all the time, even before I was pierced or caged. I wanted to avoid the back-scatter imaging devices. You say “opt out”. You follow instructions and steps aside and wait.

Later on I was in a metal cage and got a pat down. I said I was wearing jewelry. The guy didn’t care. He did his job and that was that.

It’s really about the energy and emotion you put into it. If you’re calm and assured they you’re not there to harm anyone, then you’ll be fine.

I also have had a private secondary screening for some reason. I had been pierced. It was quick. I was not exposed. It went fine.

Mostly just make sure you have time to get to your flight. Don’t be stressed out.

For whatever reason my 316L stainless steel GlansArmor2 has never tripped a metal detector. Nor was it flagged by an imaging sensor recently.

A small mass of non-magnetic metal doesn’t seem to trip the metal detectors. (My belt and watch do)

maybe my cage is just too small :p

    Thanks for all the advice
Ok so I guess I chickened out lol. I went through without my cage, my PA did not set off any alarms, but I did promptly go to the mens room and lock up. maybe on the trip home?
