    Hello,

    awhile ago I've found this item as a replacement for a PA piercing.

    Can somebody help me finding information about it and how to use it?

    I was wondering if somebody had some experience with it?

    It's copy from tetherspout, there are topics to be found on forum. I got one, I wasn't satisfied so I made one myself. It's pity that there are few devices planned for this.

    I think I’d want polished titanium if I was going to use one of those. I wouldn’t trust Chinese metal in my urethra. Micro polishing reduces ability of Bacteria to form a biofilm and cause problems.

    There is a good site called siliconenozzles.com that has medical grade silicone plugs with a huge variety of lengths and widths.
