Some chastity devices close with a padlock. With those devices you can replace the padlock with a numbered tamper evident tag ("locking safety seal"). It's easy to cut away the tag, but impossible without your KH knowing.

I have an A273, which takes a standard barrel lock, so you can't attach a tag in the same way. I seem to remember that someone makes a 3d-printed adapter that allows you to thread a tamper evident tag through the adapter to achieve the same effect. But I can't find it now! Anyone know any more? Thanks!

Cherry keeper used to do a converter, so you could convert a barrel lock to use a padlock, this might be another option? If it fits your cage.

Under "Color", click on the last item in the list. "Air Lock Pin" seems to be a good search term!

I'm going with a different approach by making a metal sheath for my emergency key and using the plastic lock to lock the key in it. I found some appropriate diameter tubing, but you can also get rectangular aluminium extrusion...might try that too...a word or message could be engraved on it, which I think might be hot to do.

I know this wouldn't prevent/make obvious unauthorized removal of cage by tampering, but at this stage I have no desire/need to tamper with cage...so I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. Anyway, when my plastic locks arrive in a few weeks, I'll see if they fit across the bars on cage just the same.

On a side note I love wearing my cage. I find it addictive...I guess it'll be some weeks until the honeymoon is over the reality will set in. Wife had low libido so might regret this decision later...then again, what's the difference...at least we get all the benefits of being caged.

This is similar to the approach I've used before, with numbered bank/evidence bags instead of tags. But the lock is *so* easy to pick that there seems like no point; if we're going to use the honor system, let's just use the honor system and skip the tags/bags. It would be a thrill for me to know that there's really no way to remove the cage without being discovered, and I think an adapter like this could achieve that :)

Thrilled that you're loving your cage so much - it's a fun feeling :) Right now I'm in a very toppy phase and unlikely to be caged for a while, but my new sub - who is new to BDSM in general - has said that she'd love to turn the tables on me and lock me one of these days, and I am totally there for this plan!

How would you use a wire safety seal in this situation?

They would work the same way. Slide the wire through then the wire goes through the piece on the other end pull it tight and it’s on. No need to tie the wire but you could

Unfortunately I think the wire on those wire seals would be too thick to thread through a standard barrel lock :(

In Germany, these systems are called "Sicherheitsplompe". I don't know the English term for it, but google thinks it would simply be called "seal".

These are normally used for load securing. So that one sees whether e.g. a container or the like was opened.

You can buy this part as wire or plastic. Self-closing or with a system where with pliers a corresponding seal is secured.

They always fit as long as the wire can be pushed completely through the lock cylinder.

Or if the cage offers the possibility that you can connect accordingly to the struts and the A-ring with each other.
