Well, i just send an "update" on the chip who is going to be used, in reality it is 2x1 since this chip is a multi core one but not on the traditional thing, there are not the same core twice

 

This doesn't work, as you get fluid retention building up in the foreskin if you have it pulled back. I use a syringe with a soft plastic tube attached and, believe it or not, a rubber bulb meant for filling to clear wax from the ear. Both are filled with warm water, the tube end or bulb nossle gently slid inside the foreskin to the back margin and squashed to force the water around the glans. It runs out and you repeat until you think its clean. It works for me but pulling the foreskin back is a no-no as above!

These idea's cross my interests in chastity, design, engineering and electronics
In my mind, a major issue is the pliability of the human body, especially the bits we are wanting to contain.
Would there be a way to maintain tension on either a belt, or maybe ring?
Sort of like how the elastic in underwear keeps it on our waist?

I've liked the idea of a base ring that closes like hand cuffs ( gets tight and then will not let go.)

I worked with evotion and had a custom design rendered. I'm not unhappy with it, but think it could be further refined to create the perfect cage. However, while the have been very accommodating, they are also very expensive. After spending way too much money, I've just decided to accept the current device, though it doesn't meet all my design criteria. I would like to suggest you making a disposable plastic chastity belt with Prince Albert.

I've been trying to find a decent device for about 10 years, but I just can't. I decided it was better to do it myself). I have tried many different chastity belts. (Such as steelworxx, evotion and others)

None of them are suitable for long term use. Metal products are not suitable for airports. Keyed standard locks are easy to open. Plus these locks start to smell bad and can't be rinsed out.
Plastic ones have many connections, which also begin to smell bad over time. They also cannot be rinsed without removing.

I have an idea of what the ideal chastity belt should be. It absolutely has to be molded plastic (surgical nylon) so that there are no connections. And it must be disposable (one-shot), so that it can be closed once and that's it.

I actually love the concept of this belt. It could even be adapted to contain a remote electronic device similar to the Dreamlover 2000 or Fancy Steel’s Advanced Chastity Trainer, but without exposed wires. The receiver/controller and wiring could be contained within the “yoke” connecting the waist belt to the tube.

 

Sorta sounds like you have to go thru her if you want one ... Maybe the mfg has little or no English skills? I don’t think I want to be the guinea pig.

The "ideal" design is different for everyone. One likes it painful, the other would hardly notice, and still others, would prefer to see no more balls.

What I've been thinking about forever is why no one "expands" the A-ring to include a component to tug the balls and thereby intensify system anchoring. That is, to press the cage closer to the body. This could be done, for example, by "wings" behind the testicles or by an element that can be adjusted. But this is hard to describe and if I now start to chase this through the blender and gimp, I might as well design it myself

 

I don't know if you are still taking requests, but id love to have something like the sissy belt from fancy steel.
Problem with this product is that it is prohibitively expensive for me.
I ordered this no-name china belt from Ebay which kind of holds me into almost a full tuck. The waist part of the belt works fine for me and the cup part is also comfortable but it doesn't give the appearance of a labia like id imagine the Sissy belt would. Also the opening in the back is just horrible, chafes like crazy!

Id imagine there would be a more ergonomic design that would be possible to 3d print but I lack the design skills to make one myself.

We've seen your prototype, which is quite nice, how about posting some images with the device being worn by your test subject?

For added features, I vote for some kind of built in tri-phase estim port that is lockable and to which can be attached an estim device. Ideally, it could deliver pleasure at the key holder's discretion, and when the port is locked closed this would prevent the wearer from administering their own fun....

Three channel estim for a tri-phase device:

• Channel 1-Cockhead (Contact only at the bottom at the glans )
• Channel 2-Base of cock (Contact where it meets the top of the balls ( on the underside of the shaft))
• Channel 3-Base of the balls Contact at the base and sides of the balls, but not on top of the shaft)

These three locations are the prime nerve points for estim.

Are you offering any deals on being a gurnea pig for the new design, and the design process? Curious if in person fittings are possible, though not for me in US, unless you or the team are traveling to take orders. Bad time to do that though....
