Hi people, I've messed around with a lot of cheap (and some not so cheap) off-the-shelf devices in the past and to be honest, they've all been fun for a bit but ultimately not suitable for long term wear. I'm still deciding on whether or not I want to get pierced (I probably will) but I do know that I definitely require a quality chastity device. It's just too big of an interest of mine to keep dicking around (pardon the pun) with poorly made trash. Having some disposable funds available right now, I was looking to order a Steelheart. The sizing offered seems like it would be perfect for me and I like the full enclosure look/feel. Being able to get the PA fixing for it at a later time is a big plus too. The thing is I've sent Dietmar a message or two over the past month and haven't got a response back yet. Do you think it's safe to place an order anyway? Is he still open for business? Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!
I have the Looker 02 from steelworxx and are very placed whit it. I haven't had any trouble with mailing them try again. I would order frem them agin when I need a new one
I just received an order from them today- but Steelworxx is backed up with orders. This shows up as 1)their website doesn't take orders (view only) and 2)their communication slows down. Suggest to try back periodically but don't expect a fast turnaround.
Yep I have a looker 2 that looks as new as the day it arrived about 7 years ago. And it’s on me right now. It’s my forever cage. That said I’d love to get him to make one specifically for the tether but if he is so busy I doubt that will happen the material he uses and the workmanship are matched by no one.
I also have a Looker 2. I am really satisfied as the workmanship is excellent. I don’t have experience of another custom metal cage but assume Dietmar’s workmanship is as good as anything else out there. I have one on order from Badassworkroom that I will compare with the Steelworxx device for quality. Similarly, I recently got a PA and am mulling options for the PA fixing at some point. I was actually pleasantly surprised this functionality could be added on later, as I didn’t envisage getting a PA when I bought the Looker 2 and didn’t initially include that add on facility as part of the decision making process. Lead time is quite long, but communication was returned within 24 hours. English is not his first language obviously, being based in Germany. Are you using info@steelworxx.de ? I would order again definitely and I would wait it out. Worth it in the end.
I just checked something. Dietmar is based in a town close to the Belgian border. It’s one of those towns hit by floods recently, I hope he is ok
Are you sure? I checked the address on the Steelworxx.de website and the region listed is on the other side of Germany to where the floods are happening. Unless there have been some new floods over the last couple of days. I really wanna put an order in, but I don't wanna do it if the business is in trouble or there's a chance I'll be pissing £350 away on nothing. I mean, it's not the world but it's not cheap either.

Dozens of citizens were seeking help from emergency departments, according to Philipp Heller, deputy chief of the fire department in the western town of Blankenheim.” I’m not trying to prove a point and I hope this doesn’t come across as such. I am just saying this might be a reason why he is offline right now. Either way, I would still purchase a steelworxx product once you’ve managed to make contact. Hope this is helpful

Not at all, mate. I appreciate the response. All the news I read at the time mentioned west Germany or areas close to the Belgian border and Blankenheim is Central/East Germany. I think the worst of it is still in the west :- Nevertheless, I hope Dietmar and Co. are OK and not affected by the floods. I'll give him a little while to respond before I bang the order in.
Probably longer than that. I ordered in March, and Dietmar told me it would be mid July. When I followed up with him in June he said he was behind and would not make the July date. No estimate of when mine will be ready. Luckily I still have my Jailbird, but I’m very eager for my new Looker (replaces an older one).
I ordered in March and got my order just now in late August, so I think the 2-3 month estimate is more likely 6 months. I think a lot of people have excess funds due to the stimulus, so Dietmar is probably raking it in...
UPDATE: I received my Looker the first week of August. After a 3 day test drive with keys handy, I discovered my own chastity nirvana. The best fitting, most comfortable device I’ve ever worn. Better than expected. It was very easy to hand over both keys to my wife, and she still has them. My timing aligns with @imposedsensation above.
Hi, I own a Steelworxx Revenge, it is a beautiful device. But I have been trying to contact them many times about an additional ring, I never got an answer to my emails in 2021. Either through their contact form, or direct email to Dietmar. Does someone know about their situation ? Thanks !
Hi, I ordered at the beginning of August. I also phoned Steelworxx twice at that time. The delivery time should be 11 to 12 weeks.
Thanks for your reply. I suppose that they currently focus on selling new cages, and that special requests about modifications etc go to the bottom of their priority list.
The same... Placed my order the 28 June and received a message for inform me that the device is shipped this week. Six more weeks. I think Dietmar is really busy theses times, but when you know the quality of his work, it's not a problem. Just a few days and I can wear my fresh Tube Jacket 02...
I’ve ordered a tube jacket 02 and off October probably expect to get it March or April but I’m in no rush as taking time for my Prince Albert piercing to heal and then stretch it up to a 4g his devices look very very good and I’m looking forward to getting my new device.
