    After a long weekend at my KH's house I was sent home with my "training boots" locked on.
    She will or has, hopefully posted the keys to me.
    And I will receive them soon.

    This sort of thing often happens when she thinks I need little reminders in her absence.

    Do any of you experience similar reminders in her absence that are not easily shaken?

    That is very hot. Your KH knows how to keep you in your place. I would think a few days with those locked on you would agree with anything she wanted to have them removed. Great training tool she has there.

    I was pleased to see your post sharing and describing this, and the included picture further detailing your situation. I enjoyed hearing about it when we chatted the other day, so I'm sure the others here will as well now that its public.

    Are you still locked in your training boots? or have you received the key to unlock them yet? Your Mistress is truly a great and clever woman. Once this is over, maybe you should follow it up with a full, more detailed report of the experience, and how it affected you physically and mentally.

    My Mistress lives abroad,not seen since last March.

    When I'm with her, typically 7-10 days at a time - it's full on chastity for the whole period plus I'm always put in her panties.

    Just to keep me on the straight and narrow Mistress always has a few photos of me in less than flattering positions.

    We have weekly zoom sessions sometimes twice a week when she likes to play with her 'plaything' - I even get the odd random texts suggesting what will happen if I ever displease Mistress. Rather makes me edgy but this is all part of our agreement.

    Hoping upon hope to see her in August ......travel restrictions allowing.

    Well yes that's part of the purpose.
    After a few days of wearing these, going back to even 5 inch heels is easy and comfortable.

    Dear ms karen, et al,

    it's a bit of a long story but i will do my best to keep it brief :

    At the end of a weekend session with my KH a friend of her came to visit.

    She has an interest in fisting and wanted to “try her hand” at it.

    My KH kindly let her have a go.

    Anyway after the fisting and while I was packing my things to go, my KH commented on the way I was walking. I don't know how many of you have experienced fisting but it can make you walk differently after a session.

    She said I would benefit from some heel training and that it was something I could get on with at home. I guessed what was coming since I'm not a stranger to “heel training homework”.

    My KH and her friend laced and locked one boot each, before I drove away.

    She said she would post the keys as she has before.



    I hate driving in heels. And locked on ones especially. I always wonder how much trouble I would be in if I crashed. Or even if someone crashed into me. Surely I would get the blame anyway?



    The following days were pretty uneventful.

    I had to cancel my second covid jab.

    Other than that I had nothing to go out for.

    I just worked from my desk at home as usual.



    I slept fitfully on the first night. Sometimes if you are locked in heels like that you can get cramps after a while and there's not much you can do except try and massage the cramped muscle through the boot. Usually I get it in the inside arches of my feet.



    The weather was too warm for boots so that was uncomfortable

    I longed to be able to change my stockings.

    I had to roll them down and pull plastic bags over my feet and tape them to my legs to shower.

    (A brilliant solution from a friend)

    I longed to be able to wiggle my toes and stretch my feet out. That's probably the most maddening bit.



    The boots have six inch heels which is an inch higher than I normally wear. It might not sound like much but it's enough to tip my ankle forwards so it's above the ball of my foot.

    The centre of gravity is all wrong. I don't think I could manage six inch heels if they weren't lace up boots. There wouldn't be sufficient support to stop my ankle going over forwards. (If that makes sense?)



    Usually, despite them being a bit too high I can glide about just fine in them at the end of the first day after walking and standing around a bit.



    I felt horny most of the time. While you are awake, they act as a permanent sort of trigger for horniness.

    Just the fact that she still had control over me from afar.

    Waking up in the morning still wearing them is probably the hardest bit.

    Laying there wondering what the hell I am doing.

    She made sure to text me fairly often which was good.

    I felt dominated. Not as much as when I am there with her but the feeling is still strong.



    I'm not one to complain but I think she she uses texting not only to turn me on but also as a way to gauge when I have had enough.



    She wouldn't say when shed posted the keys so there's no point in me asking.

    Just keep checking the post and hoping.

    Once I spent four days in them. This time it was only three.



    I can pull jeans on and off over them which is good. I can go for a stroll in the garden and feed the birds. I even went to the post office in them once. I had no choice. I have jeans long enough to cover the heels bbut still I think its obvious when someone is wearing very high heels because the sole follows the heel so swiftly when you walk. Also the angle of everything in your body and posture has changed. Of course i'm sure I felt more noticed than I was.



    I was super relieved when the keys came (and fitted!)

    I wiggled my toes and massaged my feet and showered and changed stockings and slipped on some super comfy 5 inch courts.

    It's impossible to walk flat footed for a while after unlocking them.

    Yeah, all of this ^ for sure. One thing I hadn’t thought much about is what it must be like first thing in the morning, waking up to the realization that she is controlling from afar, starting the day out with that feeling foremost in your mind. Seriously arousing.

    I very much enjoyed reading your summary of the experience. Thank you for posting. What I appreciated most was you noting some of the difficulties and challenges you faced; not every moment was about “your straining erection”, so to speak.

    Great thread, and your boots are terrific!
    Other than the cage, my main daily reminder is (as my handle would indicate) my panties. Being in panties full time for about 3 1/2 years now, I’ve gotten used to being pantied on the one hand, but on the other, I find myself exercising caution in certain everyday environments lest I be discovered, and I’ll admit that I still feel a certain thrill at choosing and putting on a pretty pair in the morning. An even better thrill is when she sends me to get some new ones, where I’m always to initiate the conversation with the salesperson with something like, “Yes ma’am, I need some new panties.”

    I have had heels locked on before but never several days!! I think 18 hours was my max. My biggest pain came while sleeping my foot on the pinky toe side hurt just before the toe. Like that part of my boots (thigh high) was too tight

    Do you find most salespeople are cool once you let them know they’re for you?
    I’ve only had a few who showed body language of non approval. The rest actually seem to lighten up when I say they’re for me. So I was wondering if you see the same.

    It tends to be one of two things for me. Either:

    a) They’re avoidant and provide the necessary information, but disengage quickly, or

    b) They are intrigued and encouraging, asking what colors and styles I like, expressing curiosity about why I’m pantied and how things came to be that way, etc. I enjoy these conversations for the obvious stimulation, but also for the opportunity to demonstrate that being in chastity and panties isn’t for freaks or something…they see that, if not for my honesty, they could never look at me and tell I’m wearing panties underneath.

    I get cramps in my feet at night sometimes with those heels on. Also I get them twisted in the sheets now and then.

    I would suggest that She is controlling your mind by way of locking on the boots. What tremendous submissive feeling that causes you when constrained like that. Even some simple cuffs or ankle chains can have similar effects on your feelings. Just reading your summary elicited thoughts of my being so controlled again. For me it's a love/hate thing. Hate the boots being on but love being so controlled. Being controlled wins out for me!
