After 15 minutes or so, this was as good as it gets.....Just over 3 inches, and only semi-hard. I think it's mostly age, weight gain, etc, but also partly being locked up for most of the last 4 years. I would still guess it would get harder with more time out of the cage, multiple attempts and/or viagra, but it is what it is. And then the cage went back on.

Does it get smaller with time? I know this topic has been much debated here, and there can be no definite answer since there are so many variables. All I can do is relate my own experience: My sub-hubby's penis was small to begin with, but has most definitely become even smaller after almost 18 months of 24/7 caging (15 months since his last release and orgasm). During this time his open-wire metal cage has been downsized twice and is now only 1-inch long. And I have noticed that when he is teased and does attempt to become erect in his cage, he only gets semi-hard and his penis does not press out and swell against the bars of his little cage as it once did. Hubby is 46 years old and is in good physical condition. He has no health problems and takes no medications. But he has most definitely shrunken considerably in size after only 18 months of lockup, who knows how small he will become in another year or two? I find that my ability to expand is diminished; I have a more difficult time becoming erect, and don't stay erect, and the rest of the time remain small. After a day or two in a cage, attempted erections diminish to very few; it seems to "learn" it's in a cage and pulls back, simply occupying space. Once released from the cage, it still retails that jailhouse demeanor. It can be coaxed to a larger state, but doesn't last long. Not much seems to stimulate it. I suspect that the damage done is more psychological, but the effect is quite real for me.

Yes, I find that the longer I do chastity, the less desire I have for an orgasm or even an erection. It doesn't stop it trying to get aroused when I'm caged, but I'm often surprised that I just stay flaccid when I'm released unless I deliberately want an erection. It's often happened that she has unlocked me and I haven't had an erection before being locked up again. If I wanted to be hard or she wanted PIV, then I don't think I would have had a problem, but if neither of us desires it, it doesn't happen.
The longer you spend on a chastity device, the smaller your erection will be when you are released, but after a time out of the cage, it will return to normal.
Agreed. The first time out, after an extended lock up (weeks to months), it won't get as big as you remember it being, which has led to the perception that being in chastity truly causes penile shrinkage. In reality, after a few days and a few erections, most people will get to whatever size they were before.

I believe those who argue that the *tissue* and its ability to *inflate* don't change -- while it may take a while out of the cage to regain its full elasticity and inflated size. Haven't worried about it -- my cock stays caged nearly all the time, and when my KH lets is out for (rare) PIV, it seems just as girthy -- which is what she seems to care about the most -- though it looks somewhat shorter to me.
