Quite for some time now the obedience app is available to track habits, punishments and also chat with your partner - https://obedienceapp.com/. I installed it on my phone for testing some time ago, and now also on my way better and keyholding half. Right now we are using the chat function and track my must sport activietes, massages and the "maintenance activities". If somebody else uses it, Id be curious in knowing whats worth tracking to you and how do you use it?
For the concept: There is one (or more) sub and one or more dom partner in the app. You can define who has to do what in which timeframe. Only dom can edit tasks (or punishments). Eg. Sports every day (or once a week, or monthly, ..). You do the task, you click a button, the other partner gets informed, that task is done. Can also be combined with a bonus point system per task, earning you something when spec. amount of points are achieved. My partner is a little bit vanilla, so it helps to track stuff.
We've been using it for a while now. We found that keeping it simple works best for us. We have 5 habits, one daily, and four non-repeating. 1. (once daily) Send a daily text to KH expressing my devotion 2. (no required occurrences, non-repeating) Earn one point 3. (no required occurrences, non-repeating) loose one point 4. (20 times, non-repeating) Give KH an orgasm, and earn one point per occurrence; chastity release after 20. 5. (20 times, non-repeating) Go down on KH, and earn one point per occurrence; chastity release after 20. We went crazy creating rewards and punishment, but rewards are only purchased with earned point, and punishments are only awarded manually by KH. We use the messaging capability to compartmentalize our naughty communications from other more innocent messaging. We also use the "Rules" section to record parameters of any games we might be playing at the time. The app is maintained by an independent developer, so there are a few bugs in the app. I have sent feedback to the developer once and noticed my feedback had been implemented several weeks later, not quite to industry standards, but implemented none the less. I download this app, but, i have see that me, as submissive, can add works and punishments is it correct? or happen because haven't Dom yet?
We just ditched it in favor of OurHome. It wasn't keeping track of points properly I was doing every task and was still in the negatives because there was an issue with the system time, so I was always "late" No matter what we changed the time to (even different zones), we couldn't get the points to work, especially for daily recurrences. Can't earn rewards if you're not out of the negatives. That said, OurHome has everything but the punishments, which I just set up for her as tasks with no date. For instance I'm not allowed to losey temper anymore, so if I do it's a hefty -1000 point "reward" I'm not locked up yet, we're talking about using piercings instead of a cage, so all of this is new to us, and just us fumbling around in the early days of it.
My wife and I have been using the app for about a month I think. We mainly use it to make sure I keep up with chores. So most of my habits in the app involve keeping the house clean. She’s the one who works and I’m supposed to keep things tidy, which I am bad at doing, so having this app helps keep me motivated to not be a total slob. She indulges in my kink and in return she gets a cleaner house. So I’d say it’s been pretty useful so far. I have my doubts that we’ll use it long term but I’ll have to wait and see.
