    For anyone in a FLR relationships is diet control a part of the relationship?

    So the Dom controling which foods the sub will eat and putting them on a strict diet with bland foods. While the Dom has a more "luxuries" diet?

    Just wondering, I have fantasiesed being forced on a strict diet to make me more visually attractive cutting down my body fat. While I cook whatever the Dom wants while I eat salads out of a dog bowl on the food.
    Off course I will be doing all the washing up as well.

    Not in an FLR but use chastity as a tool for diet. My wife is a fitness buff and has a great and toned body for a lady over 50. I on the other hand was warned by the Doctor last year I needed to lose weight. My wife did the opposite, removed my cage and refused to participate in any play, chastity or BDSM, unless I lost weight and kept it off. She even helped and got me into an exercise regime and not only did I lose the prescribed weight, but 10 additional pound and have kept it off. The main thing was elimination ice cream every night and reducing down from pig size portions. I may sometimes whine about being locked up and controlled, but will do anything to keep our lifestyle.

    That is interesting solution, well done for loosing the wight. If you are looking to loose more weight I would highly recommend intimtant fasting only eat from 2pm-8pm I went from 120kg to 85kg in a year.

    Whenever Mistress feels that I am appearing heavy to Her, She puts me on her "Corset Diet" in which I must log the carb content of everything eaten and whenever my daily carb count exceeds 30 grams, I am required to be laced into my corset the following day for 4-5 hours. I always seem to enjoy the lacing into the corset, but it becomes difficult to breathe in a sitting position after a few hours.

    Using this diet, on and off, I have lost more than 60 pounds in the past couple of years and have maintained that level unde4r the strong control of Mistress.

    Ok interesting glad you have found something that works and you get enjoyment out of it.

    If I have been out for the weekend and feel I let myself go a tiny bit. I sometimes Punish myself and go on a 24 hour fast with just water and tea with no milk.

    I do like the idea of being extremely dicerplined and having some to keep you on track in terms of programs.

    Do you also have to do any activitys in the Corset to increase breathing?

    No special activities. Performance of my normal daily chores is expected and if Mistress is not home, She adds a locking leather belt around my waist before leaving, to prevent my tampering with or loosening the laces. A lot depends on just how tightly She chooses to lace me on that day.

    Is it also used as a punishment not just for diet control?

    Does it change your body shape long term moving muscles around ?

    This is how i quit smoking and became a health nut/gym rat. Im a full carnivore now. Lost over 50lbs eating nothing but fatty cuts of meat with organ meats an very little if any veg. Unfortunately were on a chastity hiatus at the moment.

    No special diet, but there are days when my Wife tells me I can eat and drink from a dog bowl only (I have my own one). In the past it was every Wednesday, now occasionally, when my Wife wants it. Eating and drinking from a dog bowl is not the nicest experience (needless to say that I can not use my hands) so on those days I eat not more than I really have to.

    Well, I am in charge of food and meal now. I am supposed to do healthy meal to her as much as nice meal.
    Also dessert and some nice food are for her and not for me, the diet is stricter on me, a lot stricter.

    I voted no, as it’s not restricted to what I can eat all the time, but most meals are chosen by my madam, but if I am at work or by myself then I can eat what I want, so not controlled compleatly.

    I have been waist training for several months now.
    It's impossible to eat so much as I did before. theres just no space for it.
    i have taken to browsing bits and pieces during the day.
    As a result I lost quite a bit of weight and had to take care to put some back on by adjusting my browsing habits.
    The corset (like the belt mentioned above) has changed my shape since I started out.
    It was quick to take inches off at first but now I'm only managing to reduce at a very slow rate.
    My ribs are in the way it seems and will take time to reform.

    Struggling so with my wifes health everything else is pushed to the side.
