    No problem at all. I don't know the US legal system so can only give limited input there.
    But when it comes to business strategy, planning, marketing, structuring, process management, etc, etc - hell yes I love that world!

    That is correct. We live in town of 700 here on the Oregon coast, and my grandfather required me to assume the name of Mike Lancer for work in place of my real name, Ken Dudley. I honestly should legally change my name considering I was named after the petty asshole who decided to screw over and steal from his family.

    I'm Sorry! I wasn't building devices any sooner than around 7 years ago. MY current devices are much lighter (and more aesthetically pleasing if i do say so myself lol.)

    Sorry it took so long.... This has been the hardest emotional blow Ive had in my life. I'm seeing a therapist and trying to get my head straight and move forward for my kids if nothing else and trying to do so without medication for depression. I trust very few people to begin with, and being blindsided and getting stabbed in the back like that by someone i thought was my family, whose shit i had put up with for years out of love, was quite jarring. All these big hopes and future plans one minute, fucked over and robbed the next.

    My grandmother holds the DBA for Lori Lancer but the grumpy old codger everyone knows as "Paulie" is my grandfather and in actuality plays the role of Lori and is still quite alive despite whatever story they spun when he became unable to generate anything of quality.

    Best of luck on your new venture Mike. The custom 2A with retainer ring you made for me last year is by far the best device I have. Very effective as security was most important. Can’t beat custom steel. My wife is also very happy!

    That's very magnanimous of you offer to credit the paypal fee I was charged. At this point I'm still on the fence for ordering. (Once bitten, twice shy I guess.)     Mike you should relax and take it professionally with respect no matter what happened, let your work speak for you, just tell there are some issues but you are going to start again really soon, the moment you take it personally only bad things will happen like the reputation goes down, after all you just lost control on this, what if tomorrow happens XYZ thing? Not good for the business so you should reconsider that attitude, for your own good since not many want to make deals with a person full of hate and angry no matter how good it job is

    It is hard but it is the way things go, need to control yourself
