Gym Training in Chastity

And I am old enough to be everybody's dad

 

I workout at a few gym locations 4-5 times a week (large chain) and over half the time I'm caged in either a Holy Trainer v2/v3 or a Cherry Keeper. They've been easy to hide and I've never had anyone notice anything that I know of. I've never had any questions or weird looks even while in the sauna or while showering. I wear my briefs into the sauna and if it's super busy, I'll have a towel folded in front of me. I'm never nude in front of anyone, and make sure to keep everything discreet.

I do a standard weight lifting routine isolating different muscle groups daily.
Chest - Biceps & Triceps - Shoulders - Back - Legs
Prior to lifting I stretch and do about 15 mins of cardio to get warmed up. My device is never in the way, although since everything moves as a unit while in chastity I have crushed/hit my balls off of things which is not a nice feeling. In the shower afterwards I take care to clean myself and the device well because sweat and chastity does not mix for a nice smell. I mostly fill my device, making cleaning easy since I rarely turtle. I prefer the Cherry Keeper for its open design, but the one I ordered is a bit too small for long term wear and I have to revert to a Holy Trainer device for long term comfort. I plan on soon ordering a Steelheart device, but that may not be worn to the gym for a few reasons but we'll see when it gets here. It seems it would be harder to hide, and would not be great in the sauna as it's stainless steel.

 

As long as your device is well fitting it shouldn’t cause any problems or discomfort, as for being noticed they shouldn’t be looking down there any way! I’ve had a few looks recently, but that’s as my madam only allows we to wear compression tights or leggings when I go.

 

i workout most days. and really no issues. some tighter undies and looser short work for me. but also if people look it just looks like I am really large. truth is about 7 when fully hard and free which is not often , lol

 

I don’t think so. I’m 57 if your over 70 you could be but I’ve seen people posting that are over 60. How old are you?

 

Why should it matter what others think of you? I've been in chastity for 9 years and am now proud when my wife tells people I'm locked.

LOL, I've joined a Yoga class as just weights make you lose flexability, and yes its mainly Female and friendly I may add

 

Try wearing a butt plug during yoga sometime

My wife, a.k.a. My Queen, is a yoga instructor and has a studio in our home. I have worn a cage AND a plug to her classes. She does adjustments, often when the class is in downward dog, to advance the stretch of the hamstrings and back. For me, she stands behind, pulls me towards her (like everyone else) but then she presses on the plug while pulling me back with one arm. I think that's when zen leaves the building...

 

I’ve always been high and tight with the boys, chastity has helped stretch things out, and I can happily go long term locked now (was painful training them).

When I go to the gym I unlock in the toilets first, cause when I exercise, they go full retract! Back to their old ways. Gotta have a HOT shower after to release them before locking back up. I thought it would be a common theme, but haven’t seen a single person in here mention this, so maybe i’ll give it a shot leaving the cage on, I sure would like to not have to unlock.

 

I guess none of you guys shower at the gym ? I have been
to 2 gyms in my area and i find almost no guys shower .
whats the deal? I have even seen guys in the sauna in their workout clothes ???? I go to the gym 3 times A week . I shower and use the sauna nude . when i was married i was not allowed to hide my chastity device at the gym.
And now that i am on my own i still don't. I don't hide
my device nor do i try to show off . It's just part of my body , like some guys have a nipple ring or a tattoo
I am always in my plastic NUB or my small steel cage
Most guys look and many ask , i tell them everything
I think most wish they could be that open with their women but feel they could never be.

 

Before covid when I was going to gym I always showered, but I never felt confident enough to allow myself to be fully revealed. Big part of that was that my gym was near my workplace and I did not want to be seen in chastity by a coworker

 

Maybe they don't have a shower in case someone notices their chastity cage!
