    Unfortunately it seems that she is presently out of business and buying a new device is not possible in present circumstances neither is any alteration of a second hand device.     Thank you for the information - already have one of their devices - because of the material they are made from the PA piercing is large to be and causes discomfort as unlike steel the plastic is not as slippery and the “prong” jams in the piercing.
