    Most say they can but may have to use fingers to cover pierce areas.

    I think because my piercing is only an 8 Gauge and the PA hook fills the piercing site thoroughly, I never have an issue with urine coming out the piercing. The issue for me is PA portion that extends past the urethra. The longer it is out of the urethra, the more the urine clings to it and creates spread in the urine stream. Just my experience. Others might have a very different experience.

    It was actually much easier & less painful than I thought.
    My KH is very creative in how she uses my piercings
