    We use it, my dear keeps track of my smoking. I log each cigarette as a habit in the day at work and a separate habit for ones at home, if i go over the amount my dear sets a punishment she sets is added pretty good once you get the hang of it.... Oh and she has started filling in rules for me too

    I'm giving it a try before I suggest it to my wife. Not sure if she will take to it. She has me locked, but is reluctant to take that much control yet. We have never done reward/punishment before, and she might see it as a hindrance to her choosing when I get some and when I dont. Are you using the same app. What rules, sounds interesting. I want to smoke less spliffs and use my vape more. But I would also want to be punished for, say raising my voice, or talking back, leaving a mess.

    The more I think about it, the more scared i am that she might take to it. Lol. Whatever she commands I will obey

    Ive got 3 habits,
    Smoking at work currently i can have 15 per day, any more results in punishment 1.if i stay under i get 1 reward point.

    Smoking at home, im allowed 3 any more results in punishment 2 if i stay under i get 1 reward point.

    My third habit is complaining about my situation, only my partner can click thus, thus deducts a point everytime she presses it.

    Punishment 1. For every cigarette over 15 i have to wear the locking plug in a emlalock session for ten minoutes for every occurance.

    Punishment 2, triggered if i have more than 3 at home. Must be locked with locking plug attatched to the floor hands cuffed gags and nipple clamps starting at 30 miniutes in an emlalock session to my mistress.

    In the rules section we just have a few basic ones like offer her a cup of tea when i get home things like that. She hasnt gone full blown dom just yet lol

    We tried it. Still not off the table. It works fine one on one but we are trying to use it as a throuple and it doesnt work well that way.

    I am micro-managed enough at work. I don't need it at home too. If I mess up bad enough for punishment, she takes care of it on her own. I have proposed things like this in the past, and she said she was unlikely to be faithful in tracking little things.

    Been setting the app up. It helps thinking about what I do wrong and what, if she was in to it, i might be punished or rewarded for. I will try to mark myself honestly and see if it helps me focus on gaining points

    Yeah we live together, and she controls the session so can let me out whenever, the rule is i come out when she wishes, if the timer hits zero i can unlock and be free, ive posted a journal called 'smoking hot or not' if youd like to read all about it

    orrly? we don't seem to have issues with it. sometimes she forgets to assign tasks to me directly. works great for us; we don't use the rewards part, just the chore tracking and she'll send me a naught note with a deduction if I misbehave

    I played around with it a bit. It seems like a lot of data input for my wife. Also, to make it work, both users need a license, which is a very annoying business model. I'd give it a chance if it was a one time purchase, but not as a subscription.

    In Obedience app, I never did figure out how to just add a punishment. I mean, it's easy to add a punishment for failure to complete a task, but how do you add a punishment for bad behavior? Maybe I couldn't find it because I was logged in as a sub?
