    My choice was 3 days. If you are both ready for a bit of fun, who am I to say you should wait longer. My maximum is about 10 days so far. I started in October last year.

    Get him to pick . . . by taking the Poll himself if he hasn't done it already.

    If he guesses right he 'Gets Out of Jail Free'.

    If he guesses 'over' you add that amount of days on.

    If he guesses 'under' you 'paddle' him (or some other punishment) for that number of strokes for trying to short-change you and stick with the poll result.
