I am scheduled to go get my PA on January 27th. I have read a ton of stuff on line. What I am looking for us personal info on getting the piercing Cleaning it How long did it take to heal What gauge did you start out with how soon did you recage Another info would be great.
Maybe slow down a bit and have a cooling off period. Your choice, but you seem to be rushing into chastity related things very quickly.
We do not think so been trying since March 2020 to find a cage that fits we did find one but this just seems like the right. Time in our life
I say go for it! Just make sure it’s fully healed before you try out a PA cage. You don’t want it to migrate.
I wished I had my PA much earlier. All the wasted money on ball trap CDs and all the nights of being woken up and thus half asleep the next day at work. I understand the difficulty of your decision, but if you read posts on people who have PAs, you will have a hard time trying to find anyone who regrets it. Really 48 hours of spot bleeding and some occasional discomfort during that time, but after that it was all down hill. And now chastity is so much easier. I wear a 3D printed device that weights less than 16 grams and is strong as hell. It is reversible if you haven't significantly increased the size of the piercing and even if you do, urologists can still close it up with a procedure in the office. I used EMLA cream, which is prescription, but when placed around the frenum area and into the urethra, you will barely feel anything from the poke as it numbs everything up. I applied 90 minutes prior to my procedure.
Mine was actually pretty painful for about 20 seconds. Took a day to stop minor bleeding. Took about six months to stop being sensitive. I started with a 10 gauge and have stayed with 8. You’ll need to check sizes of lock hasps before you change gauges. The one my keyholder uses is an 8 so no need for me to go larger. still glad I did it. Know that you’re going to be sitting down to pee from now on unless you’re at a urinal. And even then you’ll have to be careful. Once it’s healed, your keyholder can do what they want and you won’t have much choice.
I Started with a 12 gauge PA ring. It healed in about 6 weeks. Started stretching in 9 weeks to a 10 gauge. Then moved up about every 3 weeks first 8 gauge to 6 gauge to 4 gauge then to 2 gauge which I have currently. Added a scrotal piercing with about the same schedule.
Pierced and stretched to 8 gauge same day. Bled the first 24 hours, after that, no big deal. I did saline spray, not soaks. Just sprayed it down every time I peed. Was able to move to a 6 gauge within about 4 weeks just to natural stretching. Went right in. The biggest thing to deal with is getting used to metal in your urethra. What I learned: I would not go with a curved barbell again. At smaller gauges, it will move a lot and go inside your urethra, not pleasant. Go with a segment ring, way more comfortable. I had discomfort until I switched to titanium. Turns out I am sensitive to stainless, even good stainless. Once I made the switch, it was awesome.
Cleaning is pretty easy. Just follow the piercers directions. It will bleed, and bleed, and bleed, don't freak. People ask what it feels like. Exactly what it is a needle being pushed through your dick. It's gonna hurt for a second. Get the largest gauge the piercer feels comfortable doing. Start for the next gauge up as soon as it's healed up enough to handle the piercing. I've had mine for at least a decade. For non chastity purposes. 4 gauge has served me well and I've had zero issues with my piercing. Watch out, a pa will close up fast. Try not to go more than 12-24 hours without jewelry. Use only high quality stainless or titanium. I've had cheap stainless cause issues when it became rough, same with any kind of plastic type stuff like the pa pins on the evotion cages. Although they do have metal pins. Good luck. I doubt you will regret it one bit.
Expect bleeding for two to three days. Wear a latex or nitrile glove rubber banded around the package with gauze inside. Don't remove the jewelry at all during the initial healing. Soak in warm sea salt solution twice daily while healing. I agree about titanium. It is strong, light in weight, and very easy on the skin. My whole device is made of it.
I was pierced at 10 and immediately stretched up to 8 by the piercer. You should aim for 4 gauge when you are finished stretching. Make sure that you tell the piercer that you plan to stretch to that size.
Make sure it heals for a while i let mine go for a week with no ring a long time ago and it closed up got it pierced a second time and it hurt piercing through scar tissue. It really is no big deal those body piercing people are really cool and laid back they seen it all. Enjoy the experience im thinking going back for jacobs ladder later if my wife approves and would ever unlock me for long enough.
Darlydixon, I can't give you any advice as I'm not pierced. Anywhere. I'm a chicken! LOL All I'll say is Good Luck to you, I hope it provides everything you and your Lovely Wife are looking for at this stage of your chastity relationship. ~subrick
Despite where it is on the body it only goes through a very small amount of flesh. Much less than an ear piercing for example. Make sure your piercer is good and the hol is correctly positioned. as said, slow down. Get the hole made, get used to it and allow it to fully heal. We all operate at different speeds and only your body can tell you how to progress. my PA healed quick and I was ready to think about a small stretch within about 3 months. I’ve been up to 8mm just so I can try it, but my current and favourite is a 4mm segment ring, used to secure the chap to my cage. The cage only came into my life 2 years ago. Piercing celebrated its 10th birthday late last year. get it done but go slow n steady
In my experience, the anticipation was way worse than the actual piercing. Mine bled for about 4 days, but only really hurt for about the first 10 seconds. I was pierced at 6ga, but unfortunately my Jewelry came out before it was fully healed, and I was unable to re-insert it on my own. By the time I got to the piercing shop, it had almost closed up. To make a long story shorter, I am currently at 8ga, and stretching the scar tissue to accommodate 8ga hurt worse than my initial piercing. Over several weeks my piercing has stretched to the point that I feel the 6ga would fit again. but I am too paranoid to attempt to change it on my own. ...at least not while the piercing shops are shut down due to plague. My advice is that if you think you want a PA, go for it. most of the PA secured cages I have been looking at want a minimum of 4ga, ...but I have seen some that start at 6ga. I would get pierced as close to your target gauge as your piercer is comfortable with. Good Luck, and please keep us posted
I had mine nearly a year ago. I started with a 12g. I would have preferred a 10 as I suffered with 'Cheese Cutter effect' and stretched to the the next gauge too early as a result. I documented my experiences here: https://www.chastitymansion.com/forums/index.php?threads/im-getting-a-pa-and-im-not-sure-why.36031/
You can search my posts for more details See SafePiercing.org for advice and APP member piercers and shops. See ElayneAngel’s The Piercing Bible website and book. I was pierced with a 10ga needle and healed in 8ga. I told them I wanted to accommodate heavy gauges (0-00ga) so I he moved it back a little. This gives more skin between the piercing hole and the urethra. I waited 4 months until I stretched from 8ga to 6ga to 4ga. I started fooling around using the 6ga jewelry to tether myself in the cage but I was ready by 4ga. At the time I needed to wait until I reached 4ga. I did this in 2014 Mark’s Malechastitynow PA design was updated to accommodate 8ga and 6ga hooks in 2017. I would wait the amount of time of your initial healing time in 8ga and stretch and be comfy in 6ga if you don’t want to stretch up to 4ga. Pretty much you’ll know. Listen to your body. Heal outside the cage. You’ll have a long time ahead of you in secure chastity.
