Hi, I have a Neosteel hip system belt for sale. The I have both the She Male system sports and the She Male system Ergo rear module for the belt - as you can see in the pictures. The tube is the climate tube, and the belt has the silicone liner. The measurements are; Relaxed waste - 92 cm Hip - 91.5 Front centre hip to rear centre hip - 50 Centre to cock tube - 9cm Centre hip front to cable start - 30cm Centre rear to sheild - 20cm I am selling it as my wife no longer likes to play with it. :-( I hope someone else can enjoy! I also have a Neosteel belt, don't fit into it anymore, wife/fiancee left about 2 years ago with similar circumstances to yours, now to shed the extra few Kg's and get back in under self control, am very glad that I didn't sell it back when I was still engaged
