Foreskin in the way

    Does anyone know of a metal cage that keeps the foreskin away from the gland . In getting very frustrated at urine getting trapped in the folds when I pee and leaving me wet . Or the alternative is a urethal tube but in not sure they are are for everyday wear .

    I fold my foreskin back. You should look for the spoon trick. My Looker 02 also has a 8mm plug with a 5mm bore. If ever possible I flush the plug with water and also flush the area under the cupola.
    Before installing I lube the glans and the foreskin with a medical grade seed oil. The glans seems not to absorb the oil.
    With this method and normal shower routine I have no smell issues.
    Weekly maintenance is required.
    The Looker 02 goes into supersonic cleaning and then into 70% alcoholic solution. Since the plug is quite long, I use sterile lube for installation.

    I have ordered a Lori's device with retainer ring which should solve the foreskin issue as well as masking the device inescapable. The retainer ring sits behind the pins head and therefore across the ferenium. That should keep the foreskin very slightly retracted on the penis head, enough to prevent the foreskin moving forward in front of the urethra. May be worth a thought.

    I'd advocate getting a circumcision.

    No big deal these days and no surgery necessary.

    but methods have been perfected for 3rd world countries where complications used to arise (or no longer arise) from circumcision done by traditional (almost barbaric some might think) methods
