I think late 80’s or early 90’s. The inside circumference is 33.75”. And from the enter of the belt down to the back of the link where the chains attach is 13” and the chains are 12 “ find the chain and you can add some. The tube is adjustable up and down a little bit. price is 175.00 with shipping in the USA

    That looks like a William Jones belt. I have not seen one of them in ages.

    You might be able to drill a hole to adjust it a little bit. As stated above price is 175.00

    Sadly the he died. And after that the name was taken over by someone who supposedly was his apprentice. And instead of making high quality belts the later made junk before getting a terrible reputation. So bad in fact his credit card processor basically shut him down.

    Not long after that, Locked In Steel also suffered a massive drop in quality and if I’m not mistaken also closed. So it’s a shame that no one is making a quality full belt now in the USA.
