Today I decided to see what it was like to go for a run in chastity.. Im sure its not a new experience for many but it was for me.. 30 min of excercise while locked in my HT2 Small... Was wondering how much it would rub or chafe... not a fast runner as ive only recently started so that may have helped in having little or no ill effects. just to spice it up a bit more I decided to stick a butt plug in too... you know just because it seemed like a good idea! so what other excercise have people done while locked in chastity?
Went for a bike ride in my cage the other day. It wasn't the most comfortable experience but no damage far as I know. This is just around town casual riding, nothing serious. I think it's something I will have to get used to, though!
I do a lot of cycling... it something i am yet to try too... but im fairly sure that my weekend 40 milers on road will definately end up leaving me a bit raw!! As for my mountain biking fairly sure the last thing I want to do is crash and rip something off while attempting to "shred the gnar" !
Skiing. Mountain and Water. The later (and swimming of course) becomming a bit of a challenge when the water temp dips below 50F. My shrivelling balls have broken plastic cages more than once.
I tried it once. After my thigh smacked my testicle while throwing a Roundhouse Kick I decided, while laying on the floor in considerable pain, that it is probably not a good idea to wear a Cage in Kenpo (my Martial Art of choice). I can definitely forget sparing too. Additionally, a chasitiy device will severely affect my ability to defend myself and my loved ones should something happen. Which is the main reason I don't wear one. Iso.
10 to 16 miles on a stationary bike three days a week. About 45 minutes 20 minutes elliptical machine and 20 minutes on a treadmill. About 2 miles each three days a week I start to get sore around the base ring towards the end of my work out. My testicles want to recede during hard work outs. I've been dealing with it fine for now. We are kind of moving into it working out being required. And she's not going to unlock me so I just have to get used to it and figure it out.
I’ve had mixed results with cycling. Different cages, different bikes. I wear a short malechastitynow Contender and it does pretty well on my brooks B17 and salsa Fargo. More upright is better. I have some bib padded shorts that I wear on longer rides (over 20mi). Seems to be okay for the most part but it’s not always roses... We recently got a peloton and I haven’t had any issues on that so far! Love the workouts for our limited time with our baby! Highly recommend it!
I guess ill have to do a test ride on the Turbo... at least I wont be miles from home if things go wrong!!
On a side note, I started using boy butter lube for toys and one day tried it on the base ring before a ride. Works great! Even a couple hours of riding later it was still slick and keeping things from chafing.
