How long does it normally take to get an email reply?

    Hello all,

    Does anyone have an idea on the wait time I should be expecting before getting a reply from Steelworxx?

    I've used the website inquiry form on steelworxx.de about a week ago to ask some questions. No replies so far. I wonder if this is normal, my message has been lost, or website form broken.

    Should I email info@steelworxx.de instead?

    If Dietmar is busy it sometimes takes a few days.
    But if you send an e-mail with your questions he certainly will answer.

    Normaly within a day, but in some parts of germany they have autumn vacation , maybe thats why he hasent answered.

    Same as above. I get replies within 1 or 2 days when I use the info@ email address. Try that instead of the web form.

    The same for me. But yes. It's true we have vacations in some parts of Germany right now. I guess we need to be a little bit patient

    I usually get a reply within a day or so, and find that writing the emails in German certainly helps. Not that I speak the language, but use Google translate and don't make the emails longwinded.

    I just received my device this Monday. We ordered it in late July. Email response took a day or two. I even changed my order a couple of times, with polite customer service from him. I changed the length the day after I ordered it, and added a urethral anchor and additional set of keys a week after I ordered. I got a Steelheart2. I absolutely love the device!
