Anyone here wearing a custom cage from Oxy? I’m curious about the quality or workmanship, durability for long term use, and comfort. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.
I ordered a custom cage and should have it on hand in a week or so. Will update this discussion once I've had a chance to wear it for 24 hrs. It looked similar to another device (kink3d?) but at a lower price point for custom work.
Thank you for your time. I’m very interested in hearing about the product you get from them and the overall experience of the business transaction. Looking forward to an update.
I’m really curious about how accurate the product is to the dimensions you submitted and the finish/feel on the skin.
Oxy manufacturers in China. Had a cage from their website and it was no difference than a chinesse upgrade..
3d printed ones are JosieLynn called cherry keeper, you could go and buy It directly from their website shapeways. Com I have bought stainless Steel pa cage and was a bit disappointed as it came from China. The cage itself is fine. Too big but OK. They website looks really good though.
It feels like oxy is only middle man shop and they outsource everything. The website is based on good marketing and information.
So, I don't want to be too unkind, but I placed an order with Oxy-Shop on Saturdayfor the standard version of the Guardian model. Today, I received an email explaining the shipping process and that Covid-19 has had an impact on shipping times and that they can't guarantee delivery times, which is fair enough. Of course, since my order is being processed, it can't be cancelled. There are several steps along the way to get it shipped to me, each taking a few to several days or more. I'm thinking that I eventually want to order the cage that kink3d is selling. I like the way that it looks, and I thought that the Guardian would give me a way to see what I think of something similar while I do my research before I pay the extra money to upgrade. I'm beginning to regret that decision. It seems that you get what you pay for, but that it may take a long while to get it.
my first order with oxy shop was, good, but troubles ever since. Others have said they are just a marketing firm and reseller, seems to be the case. The last shipment from them came to me from China.
The device that I currently have is just a bit too small for me, so putting it on usually involves a lot of pinched skin and adjustments. Oh, well, I've gone this long without a chastity device in my life. What's a couple of months?
Kink 3d is a good seller, after oxy dropped the ball on a custom guardian I went for a N+ cobra cage and it was pretty darn close to what i was looking for, comfortable too.
An update: I received an email saying that it had shipped with expected delivery sometime between Dec 30 and Jan 14. We shall see.
My device from Oxy-Shop arrived today less than a month after I placed the order. So far, it's comfortable, but it was a little hard to get on. I had to fiddle it to get the lock in.
I bought a few from Oxy. Very slow shipping, plus problems with some product. They did quickly refund the express shipping charge on one order that had gone over three weeks. Monday the 18th I received the CH31, Short that I had ordered Dec. 1. I had to drive a screwdriver blade into the end of the lock channel to get it started out, then use a pin punch and hammer to get the lock out. When I tried to get the cage away from the base ring I had to pry it off. A moderate amount of deburring got the two parts to mate up again, but there was a misalignment of about .015" to .020" that made it impossible to get the lock back in without tapping it in either with a pin punch and hammer or tapping on the end of the key.. I emailed them with my problem, described it in detail, was asked for photos. Provided 3 annotated and one unannotated photo and had a full refund the next day. I was able to run a .237" reamer into the lock channel and now it works well. You can see the misalignment in the attached photo.
I had a problem with my right ball slipping out. It did it twice yesterday. The cage comes with two different sized rings. In my original order, I had ordered a set that was a size-to-large. I realized my mistake right away and contacted Oxy-Shop to see if a correction could be made and was assured that it could be done, which was actually reflected on an order confirmation. So, I was expecting to get the cage with 40mm and 45mm rings. Instead the rings were 42mm and 46mm. In the time between 12/23 and the date that my order shipped, the sizes of the rings have changed, which is reflected in the current listing on the website. I have contacted them, and am waiting for a reply.
