    I've one with a failed circuit board (no bluetooth signal) but which is physically intact and in good condition. Does anyone, preferably in the UK or Europe, have a CellMate they've had to break their way out of and is now trash, from which I can rescue the circuit board?

    I would definitely be interested but, unfortunately, the USPS do appear to charge an awful lot for an extremely slow service and that makes importing a broken one from the US not cost effective when I can get a brand new one from China for under forty quid with free carriage.

    Given the recent news of the cellmate being hackable, and the various issues with the device and the app being unstable, you still want to use the cellmate? I'm curious to hear why you would want to persevere with this device given the problems - the concept remains great so any positive comments would be interesting to hear.

    There have been many developments since the hacking episodes and to read them all you should join the Wearers League forum where there's an active thread about Version 3 of the app..

    I have a few broken all with good? Pcb but both eat brand new batteries. Now that QIUI app is getting usable for self locking im not sure that it was the app/firmware at fault. Contact me if you like
