Do any of you in an FLR have anything like regular 121s to monitor short term performance or a PDR for long term goals? I would love something like this, especially in relevant attire such as sub naked except cage and collar kneeling on the floor and Dom sat on an office chair in formal office attire. A boy can dream
Okay, i'll ask. What is a 121 or a PDR? Are these standard office or school performance reviews? Maybe a UK common thing? If so, I like the idea and can see how it would be both helpful and erotic.
Oh sorry, yes a 121 is basically at work where you meet up with your line manager to discuss your well-being but also your recent performance and to get an update on your work. Also to bring up any issues or feedback A PDR is. Personal development review so at the start of the year you have some broad objectives that should be obtainable but should also stretch you a little. Interpret stretch as you will Then at the end of the year you are evaluated based on the start of year objectives. But yes they must be a UK thing
It’s an HR thing. Different agencies use different terms for the same thing, let alone different countries. A more common phrase in adult relationships is “heart to heart”.
Yes we had these where i worked. We (workers) always made fun of them, as they'd come up with a new name for the process every few years. HR loved to implement a new system, but results were always the same. Best raises and promotions went to those who the management favored, no matter what you did that year. I got promotions some years when i did far lest than years when i got a minimum raise. But i could imagine a scenario where groveling in front of the boss would be exciting, if I ever had an attractive, sexy boss.
121 = 'one to one'; a chat, a conversation. A moment for you to talk your best bullshit to your boss about 'having clear line of sight to significant milestones lining the pathway to success' and other such nonsense beloved of HR types. I've always thought that these conversations were slightly more personal when staff were called 'personnel' and not considered a 'human resource'. But none of that has anything to do with chastity.
Nothing formal, but I did ask Mrs Sen a few weeks ago how she thought the first spell at chastity was going, anything that she liked or disliked etc. Can't really remember the details, but she was happy enough, for a home situation, thats good enough for me. Ahh, corporate HR and their measurements, bless their little cotton socks, they're right up there with the health and safety personnel who take 10 pages to issue a simple instruction.........
I request and receive a letter grade (A-F) each week on Fridays from my Keyholder Wife, @MistressAMA. She bases the grade on my overall attitude and submissiveness over the prior week. It's a subjective evaluation and Her word is final. She used to give As fairly easily, but since She brought a Friend of Hers into this, She's raised the bar. Now i am required to tell Her Friend my grade and They often discuss how i got that grade. I usually post my grade to my status, for anyone that's interested. asa
Yes, like any periodic review, i have some ups and some downs. I've averaged a high C since Mistress has upped Her expectations. An A requires something special, like exemplary service to Her and Her Friends or adding some new behavior, like wearing a leash around the house. I've received an F grade when we had a spat recently and i didn't communicate with Her and certainly if i were to climax without Her permission. We both really like this as it serves as a natural reminder of my submission and the associated punishments with lower grades resets my mindset. asa
